The Ginger People Ginger Juice Organic - 946ml

Love having this. I'm starting my own ginger ale and adding this to my kombucha. Of course you can also do with it like ginger without the grating.

as expected, product is good quality. has the real ginger taste. i am using it for my drink and it serves the purpose. would buy again.

I enjoy using this in salad dressings and for tea because making my own juice in some situations is time consuming and takes a LOT of ginger. You can also add it to many other kinds of sauces, making ice cream and more! Adds a nice kick to many dishes!

I like the convenience of it it saves me a lot of time. Sure I still process my own but I don't always have time and I use this in a drank I take daily. With this some raw apple cider vinegar lemon juice and cayenne pepper. It gives me energy and keeps my system clean and healthy.

I don't know what happened! I've been buying this product for years and loved it. I bought a grated bottle the other day and the smell was off. I returned it and bought another same problem. I notice a lot of reviews complaining about the same thing. Disappointing:(

I have to admit. I was a bit hesitant to try this. I am familiar with some of the company's products (mostly their candies), but bottled ginger juice? Surely it wouldn't taste like the real thing. Before the pandemic, we would go to the local farmer's market and buy pounds and pounds of ginger, then go home and juice it. Surely it wouldn't taste as fresh as our homemade ginger juice. Boy was I wrong! This stuff is great! Add a little to stir-fries, make a cup or two of ginger tea (a little juice, a few drops of lemon juice, honey to taste, and plenty of hot water), make ginger syrup for ginger ale or the occasional upset stomach, whatever you use it for, it tastes great and is easy to use. Shake it well, measure it out, and no dicing or mess required. We just ... MoreI have to admit. I was a bit hesitant to try this. Good for many things.

Although ginger root and ginger juice are good for many things in our bodies, I buy them mainly for helping to keep my lungs clear and clean. I make a tea of green tea, ginger juice, lemon juice, and honey. Works wonders for me.

The Ginger People Ginger Juice 946ml

I love to have a mug of hot ginger drink in the evening, especially in winter. It's warming, has no caffeine to keep you awake, and is said to be good for digestion. I used to chop a piece of ginger into fine slices and steep it in water for at least 10-15 minutes to get a spicy effect. Adding boiling water to about a teaspoon of this pure ginger juice saves a lot of time & is spicier.

Time Saver

Extracting ginger root juice is a long process and a tedium I proudly have done as a hobby and still do. It began because of the difficulty and expense of finding a ginger drink with enough ginger added to suit my taste. So I made my own. But as life has become busy with less free time available I searched for an alternative source. That's when I discovered the Ginger People! They have been promoting the virtues of ginger for 30 years. And they supply a variety of quality non-GMO products all of which suit my desired taste. They even supply recipes for the ginger connoisseur. Their products are a bit pricey, but considering it would take me a full day to extract the same amount of quality ginger extract, if I were to charge by the hour no one could afford to buy it.

WONDERFUL

Such an easy way of adding ginger into whatever you want. I use it to add to lemon and honey already steeped in boiling water - it makes a great cold drink on a hot day and is a good antioxident - I also add bay leaves.
