Right out of the box these are gorgeous. After my experience with the 21 Pros, sound and feel, these have improved on both aspects. I had switched to the XFCB for sound and feel. The 24 Apex Pro has fixed that and then some. The added grind to the sole has also greatly improved turf interaction. The sound and feel difference is now unnoticeable between these and a forged one piece in my experience.Callaway has knocked it out of the park with this version.

I own the TCBs 2021 and the 2021 Apex pros. I saw the new Apex's coming out and I was excited since I love mine. I only was able to see them online and not in person. I order them in late Aug and received them 4 days ago. I opened the box and thought the they looked great from the side. Then I noticed the fatter topline compared to the APEX 2021 and the sole was the size of a game improvement iron like a ping 425. The previous versions had a much cleaner look , better feel and sound when hit. I wanted to give them a chance and I hit the 7 on my simulator. Again the sound and feel of the club are not the same as the APEX Pro 2021. Sometimes newer isn't better. Do not buy these off the rack without trying them first. If you don’t like the top line then that’s your fault for buying them sight unseen. Please everyone, irons are expensive and you need to make sure they are a good fit for your game. The new satin finish is an upgrade from the blinding chrome finish. I'm sure they are as buttery as previous models but the improved look is what peaked my interest. Best looking irons by far. Would go in the bag by looks alone, but the performance is what will keep them there.
