The color of this jacket is lovely. The materials and craftsmanship are great. It's thick without being too heavy and it definitely kept me warm the minute I tried it on. The thing that made it a definite no, is the upper back. I looked like I had a hunchback. In my opinion, this is made with men's measurements and not women. I was bummed out, because I really wanted a well made, dark blue puffer jacket.I am 5'3", 124 lbs, I am on the slim side, especially my upper body (arms and torso),

I LOVE this jacket! I love the color/style/texture! Unfortunately the XS fits a little differently for me (in the chest) in this style. I went back in to try to exchange for a S, but a red box with the North Face logo appeared, saying something like a picture will be available soon, but the colors and sizes weren't coming up, so I found the S on a different site. Now my attempted exchange is now a return.

Warm, durable and an awesome length for driving in your car, don't feel restricted
This jacket is comfortable, warm and stylish. The hidden hood is great, and the material is soft but durable. The only thing I don't like is the zipper tends to catch on the inner seam, making opening and closing it a pain way more often than it should be for such an expensive item.
