Fits perfectly.Ten out of ten. A real top item. You can't go wrong here. The quality is just brutally nice.A very clear recommendation from me.

Rich, dark blue color. The logo is embroidered with very nice thread - not "glued on" like cheaper hats (adidas). He material is nice - comfortable. Breathability is low-medium. It's the right choice for high temps in the 50's, 60's and low 70's. (get something with a mesh back, or full brim-style hat for the hottest, sunniest days or high-sweat scenarios). The metalclasp holds very well and is easy enough for me to tighten on a windy day. I bought several of these hats at the same time after finding it was such a good fit. The black/black and gray/white do the trick for me.

Having owned 4 of these caps over the last few years, they're a staple of my wardrobe, best cap for comfort, fit and durability (they do eventually fade and stain with wear hence why I've had 4). However, it seems since switching to the recycled materials there's been a drastic drop in quality and slight change in fit. The padding around the brim is much thinner and the reinforced panels at the front where the logo is are more bulbous and firm making the hat not as comfortable or well fitting as older versions. The embroidery on the back of "Since 1966" or "Fine Alpine Equipment" is gone and overall stitching not finished well. The material is now 100% polyester versus the older 100% cotton making it look plasticky and not as comfortable/soft. Glad I picked these up ... MoreHaving owned 4 of these caps over the last few years, they're a staple of my wardrobe, best cap for comfort, fit and durability (they do eventually fade and stain with wear hence why I've had 4). Glad I picked these up on sale as I can't be bothered to return them but will not be buying again unless revert back to old style. I understand the strive to be more sustainable but not at the great expense of wearability, comfort and quality.

Great hat! My head size runs on the bigger side so it's hard to find comfortable hats that look good on me. This one fits well, breathes well, and is comfortable material. Highly recommend.
I bought this because it had recycled materials and a dark emblem. It's a men's fit, so the bill is long and there is a lot of material around the head. I really like the snap for fit adjustment and the way the excess strap is tucked into the hat. I wish there was an option for a women's fit as I'm petite, but I'm guessing the bill would offer less coverage, so I'm happy as it is. I'd buy this hat again.
It's a very comfortable hat. But be warned, it fades terribly in weather. I hike in my hat in all weather. If the hat gets wet, it looks tie-dye. I've bought this hat twice and it has done it both times.
Quality very chuffed . Bought at discounted sale . Made of pure cotton . Fits like a glove . Very pleased
The hat has some sort of card board support in the front that ruins the look of the hat on my head. I cannot wear the hat and wish I could replace it with the previous hats that were sold and had a much better material.
Super cute & cool everyday hat, perfect for summer pool type days, or for sunny outdoor anything. Great basic hat, easy to wear & style. I love the adjustable headband style where the extra length of band is hidden into the hat & the flip buckle adjuster clasp. Classy. Well-made & im sure I'll wear it for years to come. I'd buy this again.
Bought 5 Panel '66 AND Classic '66 hats, both black. Both are GREAT! The profiles and fits of both are fantastic. Really prove how awkward other brand's fit's can be... Looks to be quality and durable! Flattering middle of the road profile/shape on this Classic '66. Love that it includes recycled material. World needs more of that. Structured but NICE!
