I was gifted by theordinary. I have used the glycolic acid toner before and liked it and I also have been liking the caffeine eye serum in this set. Unfortunately, I think that the alpha arbutin serum is compatible with my skin. I have broken out a bit within three days of using the serum day and night. This is a high-strength serum, so if you’re sensitive and acne-prone like me, I would start out using the serum every other day. I still this is a good set for those struggling with uneven skin tone. The toner is awesome and that alone make it worth it for me! I love the affordability of this set too.

The caffeine solution is amazing for reducing puffiness around the eyes (just be careful to use a small amount to not clog the pores around). But the true star of the show, at least for me, is the Alpha Arbutin serum. This serum has noticeably reduced some my dark spots and acne scarring, and it is my holy grail product to make my skin look plump, bright, and glowy! Overall, this is an affordable set with effective products! Gifted by the ordinary, but this review was crafted based on my experience with the products

I have the worst dark spots and have been dealing with skin discoloration for a while. The Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner has been doing such a good job of exfoliating and evening my skin. I’ve notice such a difference in my skins texture and tone after use. The Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA has been amazing at fading my dark spots and acne scars, and the Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG has worked wonders on my under eyes in the mornings. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with The Bright Set!

This set is literally everything you need to make your skin bright and glowy! The glycolic solution has worked amazingly for my sensitive skin and gives an almost glass like appearance to it after use. I also love using it under my arms to help with perspiration and smell! I love the set so I can get everything that I need to use to help my skin. I’ve been using the glycolic acid for years from the ordinary. I don’t only use it on my face. I use it in my armpits and in my hair also to help reduce the flakes. This is my first time trying the alpha airbuting but I look forward to see how my skin responds to it in the long run.
