There are so many pill products on the market today to sharpen your mind and memory, none of which have been medically proven. Doing puzzles and crosswords and playing games like Scrabble HAVE been proven to have positive long-term effects on staying sharp. Puzzles like this have the advantage of also being very enjoyable. Anyone of any age who walks into my Mom's home seems to immediately become involved with the puzzle with her. SO MUCH FUN!

This puzzle was so ornate, everything from the box to the pieces to the guide had a high quality, detailed finish. The guide to explain the characters in the picture was addictive and it worked doubly as a puzzle and "Where's Wally" type thing. Would definitely buy it again. Perfect for that Jane Austen fan who already has all the books, watched all the movies, and BBC renditions.

This was purchased as a gift and so sadly I did not see the finished puzzle. I was however very pleased with the product when it arrived. It was a good quality product with an interesting and challenging picture. I would buy again.

This was a really enjoyable puzzle, trickier than I originally thought and was a great bit of entertainment over the Christmas holidays. Everyone had a go. Very good quality and a large paper fold out of the whole picture. Really helpful. It's now on the rounds of the neighbours...
The design includes many of the main characters from Jane Austen's novel, woven into one large scene (plus narrative in the accompanying leaflet).The only slight criticism was that characters such as Mr Wickham, Jane Bennet and Mr Bingley were missing.The jigsaw puzzle itself was of good quality and included a nice fold out leaflet showing the overall image. It also featured a key to the characters included and a narrative.
The puzzle is gorgeous, and the variety of characters, buildings, and landscape elements make it a fun, lightly challenging puzzle. I did wish it came with a guide to which character was which - while it was enjoyable trying to piece out which building might be Pemberley, who was Emma Woodhouse, etc., an official "who's who" would have been more satisfying. #sweepstakes
Just the right amount of challenge in this jigsaw. Enough to keep you going, but not so ridiculously hard you want to give up. The two of us spent about a week on it, doing bits here and there as we felt in the mood. I suspect if we had sat at it continuously, we'd have done it in two.High quality card pieces and an accurate poster of the picture to follow. We loved it and will purchase another in the series.
I gave this to my best friend for Christmas and she was SO happy. She spent the night telling me which character was who and what their story was. Definitely the perfect gift for a Jane Austen lover who already has the books and also loves doing puzzles.

This is the third LK jigsaw I have bought. I am in danger of becoming addicted to them!Really beautiful colours and the pieces are well cut. I love the attention to detail and the references to the books.Once you have completed the jigsaw you can look up the character/ text references.I have bought this to put away for the winter days when you just want to sit by the woodburner and lose yourself for a few hours.Hope to acquire more as they are produced!
