The battery only lasts approximately 6-7 sessions depending on which routines you are using.The app is pretty clunky and needs work. Isn’t very intuitive and the demonstrations need to be updated. Either have diagrams across the board for all routines or videos for all routines.

I bought Theragun to ease muscle tension after training or long workdays. At the beginning my muscles felt quite sensitive but the use does help easing the tension. It reduces the pain as well which I tend to have on my legs, arms and sometimes on my back. I love to use this for recovery after run as it makes me feel much better and helps with muscle recovery.
Absolutely love the new Theragun pro, it really is quieter and works just as good, I love the fast charging and the fact you don’t have to remove the battery. I have used the preset settings and it’s nice to know the areas to work and how long you should be on the area. Comes with a smaller soft carrying case that’s not so bulky but might be easier to damage if dropped. I’m still putting mine back in the packaging box after use for now.
To try out how I liked massage guns, I started with getting a generic off-brand model for a fraction of the price . As someone who works out 1+ hours daily (weight lifting and cycling) I found it incredibly helpful for muscle aches/DOMS and overall recovery.After a year of virtually daily usage, the other device was showing signs of age and I knew its limitations (limited power, can’t reach some deeper spots like hip flexor aches, etc.). I removed to make a bigger investment in a better gun with Theragun Pro. After trying it out for a few weeks now, ask I can say is I regret not checking it out much sooner. It’s so much better than the alternatives. Your body will thank you for it!

Hopefully developers look at their review and honor improvements in their product and customer service.I am glad that I came across this product for muscle recovery and relaxation. They have been strong tools in recovery of muscle strains.

As I get longer in the tooth, I find my body does not recover as quickly from physical activity. I knew of the Theragun, but just thought it was a passing gimmick. I decided to get one and it has made a huge difference. My wife thought I was crazy for spending the money, and even mocked me the first few times I used it. Then she tried it and she no longer makes negative comments. A great investment for the physically active.
This is definitely worth the investment. Best tool I’ve owned to contribute to a better quality of life for me. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia which I feel is just a diagnosis of tight muscles near the joints and this helps tremendously. I ordered my device from Theragun’s website and was able to use my military discount! I’m forever grateful and a loyal customer!!!!! Thank u Theragun!!!!!!!!!!
