Self-flagellation via mouthwash. Even though I haven't had a cavity in 5+ years, I was surprised during my latest dental appointment when both the hygienist and the dentist couldn't stop gushing over the beautiful state of my teeth (honestly, it started to get weird). The only thing that has changed since my last appointment was the fact that I now use an electric toothbrush and this mouthwash. I would bet the toothbrush made the biggest difference, but the mouthwash was probably a helpful addition, too.

Right out of the gate, I love that it is a gentle non-irritating formula. It doesn't have alcohol, artificial colors, or flavors. It whitens without the use of peroxide and doesn't burn at all. I expected it to be extremely minty, but it surprisingly wasn't. I even think my daughter would like it (and she hates all things mint). I received this yesterday used it last night. NEVER AGAIN! I don't care if it makes my teeth so white, they glow in the dark like Ross Gellar's (Yall know that episode, right?)! A mouthwash should taste like mint, cinnamon, or even fruit or bubble gum. It should NEVER taste like colonoscopy prep! (Actually, I've had multiple colonoscopies, each with a different prep. This tastes like the old school thick, chalky, bitter white stuff they give you what seems like a 10 gallon jug of!) I had to fight back being sick while using this! I had to thoroughly rinse my mouth with water then a very strong winter green mouthwash (another brand) afterwards but I still had that taste in my mouth! Holy 🐮, it neutralized raw garlic breath after 1 min?!!!! OP elixir for fab ppl who love to eat. I’ve not seen the effectiveness of the whitening yet, but I am already satisfied with it’s strength. This whitening mouthwash does exactly what it says it’s going to. It has a light, natural, minty flavor to it. One of the pros is that it doesn’t burn your mouth off like most mouthwashes do. I use this in the morning after I’ve drank my coffee and it has definitely lightened my coffee stained teeth. Even my dentist has noticed it and thought I went to another dentist to get me teeth whitened! I know the price is kind of steep, but it’s so worth it. If you’ve been trying all types of products with little results, I suggest giving this a try because it is liquid gold!

Over the last couple weeks, I have been using this mouthwash morning and night, and my teeth have been getting whiter little by little everyday. I would highly recommend using it after drinking wine or coffee to help your teeth from getting stained. Beyond the whitening results, the mouthwash itself makes my breathe smell good for a significant time after using it. I just started using TheraBreath a couple of days ago, and it truly does have good effects to my breath, but I was expecting a more minty taste, but it's fairly mild in all actuality. Granted, I'm used to average otc mouthwash products that are extremely minty, but for a short time. With the TheraBreath, even hours later, I noticed my mouth felt different. it's hard to describe because it was just different than normal, in a good way. Both days it felt this way and I will continue to use it regularly. I didn't notice any change in whiteness of my teeth yet, but they are already fairly white. Maybe after continued use I will notice a difference there. My main concern was morning 'dragon breath' and it handled that wonderfully!

I tried this at bedtime and right after a huge cup of black coffee the following morning. Foggy white substance

PLEASE READ: It seemed as if the ingredients were changed in this product and it’s more so the lack of transparency with companies. The product was also sold clear like water inside the bottle and now they changed it to a white foggy color. I’ve purchased 2 before and threw them out assuming they were defected or tampered with.I decided to go out and buy 4 more from different locations and recognized they changed their product ! I decided to pour water into the cap to compare the color and it’s a drastic difference of a water like color that they used to sell and a murky color they now sell in the bottles.
