Along with the dampener, this has been a game-changer for my plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis plus my trigger finger issues from an injured ring finger. You must use these VERY gently on these areas on the low setting. I wish I had known about the Theragun with the cone a long time ago for plantar fasciitis. I have suffered intermittently over the years with that from my running 8-10 miles a day. There are videos on YouTube showing how to use these attachments for specific injuries. The cone has probably been most helpful with my foot and ankle injuries. It feels amazing!

Yes, I ordered the Supersoft attachment (from a less than user friendly web page) along with others.I’m a licensed massage therapist. I’ve been using the Theragun Pro for a year & a half on my very solid athletes & weightlifters. With enough pressure & time, attachments wear out (or get lost). No big deal, I thought, & ordered $120 in additional attachments. When they arrived, not one of them fit my gun. After 20 minutes on the phone with customer service, I was disconnected. When I finally reached her again, we figured out that I had GPRO Generation 3 & these were Gen 4 attachments. She kept telling me she would take care of me, but she obviously did not know what to do. She kept me on the phone another 30 minutes while she stumbled through her manual. She insisted that, except for one attachment, all the other attachments would all fit my gun. They do not. Finally, she agreed to send a pickup label to fix the situation. To my surprise, latter, I received an email that said after she did more research, they could not make the exchange without me sending a video of the problem.I responded that all she needed to do was to go to the storeroom try to attach Gen 4’s to a Gen 3 gun.Nope. Too simple.I made a video attempting to snap on all the various attachments. The video was too large to email or text. So, after wasting more time, I made individual videos,Each video clearly showed the male part of the 3 is too big for the female part of the 4.Next, I received I diagram & a message saying I was attaching them wrong, to see the diagram.I’ve been taking them off & on for 1.5 years. I’m not doing it wrong. Again, customer service lady, please just try it yourself. Just attempt to put Gen 4 attachments on a Gen 3 gun, please. She emailed back & sent a return label saying since the parts were less than 30 days old, even though they are compatible with my gun, the will take them back.Great that they will take them back. But they don’t fit. How do I get parts for my gun? No response.I responded. The gun is useless without the attachments. I’ll send you the attachments & the gun. Try it for yourself.June 25th I shipped them off. I’ve yet to hear back or get a refund. Today is August 7th.Love the gun. Custom Service leaves much to be desored.

I have the Theragun mini, which comes with one standard attachment, which is the rounded-head one. That was fine, but I saw on one of my social media groups someone mentioned this sort of attachment was way better. At $20 I decided to try it, and YES it is way better! It really gets into the muscles. If you are very sore you don't have to dig in deep, you can gradually get deeper with it. Now that I have this attachment I don't use the original one.

This is the miracle attachment everyone is afraid of… I had a frozen quad due to a knee injury and gave the cone a go! I learned it is one I can’t live without and bought a second to use with my double attachment arm. This thing is a life saver if you El really need to get that Deep release
Really good for your hands to relieve where they get tight. It'd be the last attachment I'd save up for, but really helpful nonetheless
I was excited about this attachment, but overall, I prefer the Thumb attachment. The Cone can be a bit sensitive since it targets specific areas, but you know what you're in for some discomfort when you attach this one.
The best attachment, but last one locked onto the Theragun and had to be busted off. It was used a lot, but haven't had the same issues with the other one.
My feet hurt, I walk a lot with my dog. I have a husband whose thumbs hurt . He fell over skiing a hundred years ago and still feels it. I massage my feet but can't get the pressure I need. . I ask him to massage my feet sometimes whilst watching tv. I lie on the sofa, put my feet in his lap. We love each other. Imagine the image of cosy domestic bliss. This is where it all goes wrong !After prodding my feet a few times he starts to talk about his thumbs and skiing, and the drs that got it all wrong, how they didn't put his thumbs back in place the right way. I then remind him that only one thumb was broken. He gets upset. Starts saying " You're always asking for attention" I say " No, I only want a massage when my feet hurt" . This ends up with statements like " ... MoreMy feet hurt, I walk a lot with my dog. I have a husband whose thumbs hurt . He fell over skiing a hundred years ago and still feels it. We love each other. Mother never really warned anyone. No one sleeps downstairs. Thumbs are intact and happy . Feet are pummelled to perfection. Marriage saved. Best investment ever.
This one was well worth the purchase I’m so glad I got it. This one hits those spots that are hard to reach and pinpoint the pain. It hurts when you first start using it, but it quickly eases the pain. You will see a noticeable difference fairly quickly.
After trying out four different percussion massager’s over the last 2 years I have found that the Theragun is much more effective at calming down my spastic muscles than any of the other tools that I have used. The massager is marketed for sports injuries and for athletes but it is a highly efficient tool for relieving muscle tension caused by neurological conditions. I recommend the Theragun to everyone in my MS community.
