I actually used this twice as I found the oven was running hot and needed recalibration. I recalibrated it 20 degrees, used this again and now it is running accurately.This is also great to make sure you don't overcook the meat on the grill.

Accurate and easy to use. I used this to check the temperature in my oven over a period of about 2-3 hours. I had just replaced the oven sensor as it seemed erractic. Good for cooking with. The temp probe cables are plenty long for using in oven. Magentic back is good. The plug location for the probes could be better... maybe have them come out the bottom instead of the side
My husband got a smoker from a family friend and we noticed that a lot of smoker enthusiasts had digital meat thermometers. We didn't want to get wireless/Bluetooth ones so we got this one. It's amazing and VERY accurate. And we have no problem closing the smoker door with the cords coming out.
I chose this probe based on price point but have been impressed. The magnet on the back is quite handily when you have meat probed and walk away, you know the wind canât yank the probe out. Dual probe, lots of features. Not wireless but that hasnât been an issue for me.
This thermometer works great. Easy to set up and use. Itâs convenient to be able to set it in the counter, use the magnet to attach to the stove, or hang on the wall. Iâve used only a few times so far, but it seems to be very accurate, taking the guess work out of when meals are ready!

They are unwieldy; AND, while they do caution you regarding how hot the probes can get, YOU HAVE TO BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL.From a reliability perspective, I chose probes with the leads as opposed to buying the wireless versions. Much too complicated with preset temperatures which are hard to override. Don't need settings for pigs or chicken on a thermometer.One probe OK but the second one does not plug in properly, so poor quality. I definitely do not recommend
I've only used this once so far, but it worked extremely well. Had meat in the oven and this thing sitting on top and it beeped when meat got to the right temp. No issues, very easy
