I have this hooked up to my GMG along with an Oklahoma Joe grate thermometer. The smoker reads 225 (set temp) the OK Joe reads 245 and the Thermopro jumps every two seconds up to 265 down to 250. My graph looks like it's a seismograph because it doesn't stay at any temp and I've tried adjusting to compensate but nothing. Put into meat it's fine, but ambient is useless.

It is able to check several meats together. I've smoked brisket and pork shoulder. Just be sure you measure the weight. It took a lot longer than I expected for the shoulder to get done but that was not the thermometer's fault.

I purchased this unit from Lowes. It has been working perfectly. Zero complaints. Then I dropped it off my table and the screen broke. I called the customer service number on the box. Ms Flores was very friendly and professional. She handled my issue with the greatest speed I have ever seen in any customer service. I called to see about a repair on the thermometer I purchased and in less than 24 hours I had a new one at my door.
Since I bought it smoked brisket, a pork butt and grilled ribs. Used probes for ambient temperature and the meat. Works great holds a charge for the length of the smoking. Alerts is very annoying sound at the base station and the app. But does what it supposed to do. The Bluetooth distance had no problem going about 50 feet and two walls. The units uses usb-c to charge. The probes get very hot but there is a warning to use gloves when handling. Overall a great product for the price.
This product is awesome! Now I can monitor 4 separate meats at once. Setting alarms and being able to monitor all of it remotely has been a huge convenience. The only negative I could say is the estimated time is WAY off. For example I’ve had a Boston butt smoking at 225° with the internal temp at like 102° and it would estimate I have around 10 mins left of cook time to reach 203° internal temp. Nope, more like 8-10 hours left.

I did not experience any of the problems other reviewers described. The range was excellent (I was about 150ft away, through one exterior and three interior walls with no disconnects), probes were accurate, and alarms went off as programmed (I was alerted on my phone and Apple Watch). I’m very pleased.That being said, there are some things this app could do better, especially for use with a smoker. First, the temperature graphs show a maximum of eight hours, with no ability to scroll back or zoom out. Opening the smoker lid always results in a temperature drop for the ambient probe, and the alarm trips constantly even after dismissed until the lid is closed and the temperature get back within the set range. Being able to snooze the alarm for five minutes would be more than sufficient. Hopefully the app team can implement these changes.
I've tried several different meat thermometers, both wired and wireless, and nothing compares to this one. It can handle high ambient heat and gives you peace of mind that your meat will be cooked perfectly all the way through.
Still getting used to all the functions but so far I really like it. I’ve had a dual probe for a long time that has a dedicated grill temp probe and food probe that has worked well but it will be nice to have four probes to use with multiple foods and/or temp zones.
