I purchased this unit from Lowes. It has been working perfectly. Zero complaints. Then I dropped it off my table and the screen broke. I called the customer service number on the box. Ms Flores was very friendly and professional. She handled my issue with the greatest speed I have ever seen in any customer service. I called to see about a repair on the thermometer I purchased and in less than 24 hours I had a new one at my door.

I ordered directly from Thermpro to try to save a another $10, but no order details ever came through. I could see my card was charged. I tried reaching out during NORMAL business hours via phone, text, and Instagram. No response. Finally, someone texted me a couple of times and then told me IT WAS CANADA DAY and stopped responding. I can't speak to the quality of the product, but if the customer service is any indicator I would stay far away.
Works great, temp is accurate. Word of wisdom, you must push the probe connector firmly into the base, listen for the click should be no metal showing if inserted correctly.
Amazing Bluetooth device, 4 probes and such a long and reliable bluetooth range that it has not dropped once on me!
Dependable, and a quality built product. Great and easy App for your phone. A must for any serious bbq smoker.
I purchased this item I tried it for the first time on the box It shows that will reach up to 600 feet I had my smoker about 40 feet away from the Internet router when I walked away more than 100 feet it was cotton out I do not recommend this particular item I do have another ThermoPro and I love it
temps are as accurate as other more costly products.i like the metal barrels where the cable meets the probe.and the spools are quite handy.my only complaint is the bluetooth range. it's advertised at 500 feet. but when you take your phone indoors, that range is knocked down considerably. it's probably 50 feet from my grills to the house. and another 10-12 feet to the kitchen. as long as i keep the phone at the nearest end of the kitchen, its totally fine. but walk 16 feet farther into the living or dining room and the bluetooth disconnects predictably. it reconnects, quickly. but still kind of a pain. i accept that my phone's (iphone13 promax) bluetooth performance (or maybe bluetooth congestion at my house?) may factor in. but i have nothing else to compare ...
