Black coffee was so hot I nearly burnt my mouth. The 500 ml is only good for one person, I wished I'd bought the next size up. The cup is small. With the neck of the flask being narrow you couldn't put tea bags in or take them out after brewing but the design is for thermal efficiency. I wished thermos hadn't put a paper label inside, I found when I drank my first cup of coffee!!!

A cold thermos

My 2nd 1/2 litre. It is what it is, a thermos that keeps cold. And I mean cold. Im always suprised that half a day later its cold

Feeling hot,hot,hot

Best flask I've owned. Keeps hot for 4-6 hours. Easily 6hrs but if you drink half, the half left in thermos cools a bit quicker so time hot depends on when you start using it. That good I've ordered another.

Good product.

Pleased with its sturdiness, light weight and simplicity. The only thing I would say, although the pouring is a very simple manoeuvre, be careful not to tip it too far whilst pouring or it comes out the opposite side as well. Otherwise excellent.

Hot, hot hot

Tried several good brands before this one. This stood out for a key issue: it kept then tea/soup -whatever -hot! Others were cool after 2/3 hours - this retained heat extremely well; its durable and comes with a cup. Highly recommended.

More efficient than any flask I've ever owned

Seems like a lot to pay for a flask, but it really is in a different league to other similar-looking things. So much so that I burnt my tongue a few times initially -- just wasn't expecting the drink to be piping hot after so many hours! Well designed and easy to clean.

Really keeps drinks piping hot and is a great quality item from Thermos

Amazing quality from Thermos! It does what it says on the tin and keeps drinks piping hot for 24 hours. I also found it very easy to clean and tough as boots when in the field..

Splendid Flask

This flask was cheaper than Amazon and I replaced an old flask that wasn't keeping water hot for long. This one is quite incredible. Piping hot water hours after filling.

Thermos Ultimate Stainless Steel Flask - 500 ml

I've had a few flasks over recent years and haven't had much luck, breaking the glass liners and failure of some of the stainless steel versions to keep the content warm. Before purchasing this Thermos version I carried out a search on the internet to see if I could source a robust, quality stainless steel flask at a relatively cheap price that could keep the content warm. I've only used the Thermos Ultimate on a couple of occasions after purchasing it about a month ago. I've been impressed with the quality and it does keep the content very warm for a long periods. Its fitted with a couple of rubber collars which helps protect it from impacts and also provides good grip.
