The good: it keeps my coffee hot for hours. A handle is a must-have for me, and this one is a great shape and size. It is leak-proof when properly put together and closed (see”the bad”). And it fits my cup holder and the bottle pocket on my backpack. The bad: The handle doesn’t feel as sturdy as I’d like. But the biggest negative is how the lid requires so much disassembly for cleaning. My mug was leaking after I did put the lid back together. I had to watch a video to find out what I had done wrong. That video also revealed that I had not actually completely taken it apart! I use cream, so it’s important that I get all the parts clean

Bought our first pair of thermos travel mugs for my wife and me 13 years ago. It kept our coffee hot for hours. At times never got to finish until lunch. The lids lock tight. Therefore, when you finish put the lid in the close position and throw into your bag and don’t have to worry about leaking. Plus it is dishwasher safe. The handle hangs nicely on one hand while you drive with the other. The seal on the old ones still work like new. Worth the $. Like them better than our Yeti travel mugs.

This is a well made thermal mug... Believe me or not, it keeps my coffee hot for Hours! I was happily surprised and a bit shocked since I've been through more than 6 mugs with a "guaranteed to keep your beverage Hot!" brag line, and all failed within 30 minutes. This Thermos brand product regularly keeps my coffee hot for at least 5 hours, especially when I keep the easy-to-slide spout cover closed when not using.

I searched for a travel coffee mug that met my requirements and finally, I came across this model from Thermos. My requirements included: height to fit in our Keurig coffee maker, keeps the coffee hot for at least half a day and fits into cup holders in my car with its smaller base. I have been using it for 2 months now and am 100% satisfied.
Years ago thermos bottles came with fragile glass liners. Later Thermos tried an all-metal version that stood up on the job site but didnt keep stuff cold OR hot.Somewhere they figured out how to make nearly indestructible containers that excel in thermal properties. This is the third one of these weve purchased and we cant get over how efficient they are!An additional benefit is the open-bottom handle which works with the widest variety of cup holders.The only caveat is, Be very careful if you pour it full for later. Even many hours afterward you can burn your mouth!Oh, and the pour spout is ambidextrous - you can drink from either side. And if you close it, the sealing is absolute. Invert it and no leaks!Best coffee mug Ive ever had (and at a fair price too

I love this mug. Bought one recently and also 12 years ago. The 12 year old mug still works great! I can fill it with a Keurig coffee from home and take it on the road, eliminating the need to stop at a Starbucks! It stays fresh throughout the day. I scalded myself with an open cup recently - so I went back to this mug as you tilt it and it does not spill! Keeps my coffee amazingly fresh!
This cup does not leak.This cup keeps hot liquids hot for a very long time.I still threw it away.Because the lid is over engineered.I take cream in my coffee. The rubber gaskets hold enough to make the lid smell like a rancid baby bottle. You can take it apart and clean it. it's like 5 or 6 pieces. Make sure you do it daily and that you put it back together the correct way. I did this for a while. It's too inconvenient for me for coffee in the morning.
