I'm learning to start paying attention to the exact wordage on the order. this is the exact thermos that I wanted only it was about 8 to 10 oz too small in what I needed. other than that the thermos is great. it traps whatever you have in there and only lets the water through so you can make loose leaf tea in there successfully. the cup on the top can hold your first cup and two refills.

We won a voucher and decided to use it at BCF Morayfield to purchase a long overdue Thermos flask. Our old one was past it's due date after 30yrs. At checkout we problems with the voucher but persistance and patience with two aged pensioners by the manager saw the transaction go through. She did a great job in helping us purchase a quality product. Well done.

Haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will be fine. Lovely colour. I inherited a very old Thermos that used to belong my parents and it's still going brilliantly. I had another smaller flask (different brand) which finally died, and wasn't half as old, so getting another genuine Thermos was obvious. I like to have them on hand in the house for winter, so if there's bad weather looming (I'm in Tas) and a chance of an outage, then I've got lots of hot water on hand. Quick delivery from Myer, much appreciated by us rural dwellers. Only criticism is the sticky label wrapped around it, would be good if Thermos could rethink this.

This flask has a huge rattly handle on the side that is not shown in the photo. It looks really well made and I have other Thermos products in this range so I'm sure that it will be as great as the others in functionality. The handle however, is really annoying and, I can't see what it's for because it already has that nice indent design that gives a good grip, but the handle is super loose and unstable! Will likely try returning for a refund and go for the marginally smaller ThermoCafé range instead which unfortunately isn't available on Ocado.
The product is "all or nothing". Explanation---they work wonderfully well (100%) then suddenly don't work (0%). I have had them replaced several times on warranty because of this but still have kept to the same brand. There is no obvious explanation for the sudden onset of failure. I would rate them 5 stars except for the sudden failute.
I recently purchased the Vacuum Insulated Flask 2L in Red and have been thoroughly impressed. The large capacity is perfect for a long day out, and it keeps water hot for hours without fail. The vibrant red color adds a stylish touch, making it easy to spot among my gear. The build quality feels sturdy, and the insulation performance is outstanding. I've used it for both hot and cold beverages, and it has consistently maintained the temperature well. It's an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable, large-capacity flask. Highly recommend!
Everything in this is stainless steel, except the plastic and rubber lid, and the plastic built in over cap/cup. Holds cold drinks just fine.Thermos does not recommend putting fizzy drinks into it. I make Seltzer at home, and as long as you do not overfill the bottle, you should be fine. Note that I have not tested traveling with the bottle with fizzy drinks in it, I would advise against that, as the bubbles could get out of the liquid and create a lot of pressure in the vessel, which can force the lid out and cause damage to people and property. This is why Thermos says you must not put fizzy drinks in the bottle.Very happy to have a cold drink in a you room for the whole day. Stay hydrated!
I bought it for my niece who works in a factory. She says she gives it 10 out of 10. She likes that it keeps her 8 cups of coffee hot 'til lunch. It transports well to work. The top cap doubles as a cup for her drink at morning break and lunch. She works in Fargo, ND, so keeping it hot is important in the cold winter. Likes the solid look and construction. Likes that her that her grandpa used to use one like it, hence the old school reference. He is no longer with us and he passed just before she turned three. People look for substance and authenticity. I remember him using one like it as a lumberjack and sitting out in the woods watching him work as a little 5-6 yr old. His had a dent in it, but it still worked. Keep making solid products!
I purchased this 2L Thermos to hold boiled and cooled water for my 2 month old’s bottles, and I regret nothing. I no longer need to worry about feeling anxious and unprepared during trips away from home. I had a smaller Thermos which served me well on trips to the shops and throughout the night. However, this one is perfect for spending a day out with the family 💗
I've tried various brands of insulated drink flasks but in the end I always go back to Thermos. Here's why. First use I was up at 5.30am in 1°C Wintery Melbourne. I filled this flask with steaming hot tea. At 4pm when I got home after working in a cold factory all day I opened it and what was left was still just as piping hot. Incredible. 5 stars all day long!!
