Thermos Stainless Steel 2.0L Vacuum Insulated Carafe

I love how useful and time-saving the carafe is. I boil enough water for the day (2 litres) and it as hot after 24 hours as it was when I filled the carafe. Looks great too. Great buy!! Thanks Catch for an excellent product and customer service.

Extremely happy with this purchase. I couldnt recommend this thermos more! Its great for having hot drinks with family or friends. Me and my girlfriend use it regularly hiking up mountains or going on dates by lakes or waterfalls.

Amazing

I don't know what happened with Karen's thermos but mine is still almost perfectly fine after over 6 years of daily use. I'm guessing she didnt read the instructions and used abrasive cleaning agents which degraded the rubber insulation. I took care of mine despite daily use and its held up for 6 years and i wont be surprised if it holds up for 6 more. I'm from an Arab family so we have like 100 different types of thermos from different compankes and they all pale in comparison to this one.

Great and stylish Thermos for entertaing

Everyone who entertains should have one of these it really does keep hot water boiling for 24 hours even when used throughout the day. I have bought 2 of them one for coffee other for tea. LOVE IT

Great thermos

Love this, I make my tea in the morning, take it to the office and I have hot tea all day. Plus this thermos looks good too. I accidentally dropped it once when it was full on to the tiles and it is just a little grazed where it landed, no dents and keeps on working well!

Happy with it

Does the job with both hot and cold water. And keeps it at right temp for long time. Easy to poor too, without having to open the whole lid.

Keep water warm overnight

Used three Thermos flask for over ten years. It keep the water warm quite well. Normally the flask lasted a few years but my last one lated just six months and suddenly can't keep warm. The jug cap of the new version is a bit harder to remove to top up water. Overall it is a good product and can provide water hot enough for my green tea any time.

Poor product with worst customer servicd

The lid broken after few months of use, very poor customer service when I was asked to pay for the postage to send back the product to claim my warranty. I spoke to Jo CS Manager, who refused to provide her managers name. Very disappointed after sale service, she blamed at me for not keeping the receipt to claim warranty, and not cleaning the jug every fortnight / week so yo prevent the lid from being moist. Honestly, I paid $50 for it and she wants me to pay for the postage out of pocket $20-30, after few months of use. Not to even mention the time and inconvenience caused by sending the product, getting tested and then approved for postage refund and product replacement. If this is what you expect your customer to do, forget about it. Top quality, easy to use, well insulated, very durable.

Best coffee carafe we have ever owned. Don't bother with imitations. They are poorly insulated, dribble when pouring or have lids which get stuck on. Easy pouring with thumb lever, lid comes off easily with 1 rotation, silicone rubber seals don't leak and are easy to clean, keeps coffee piping hot for several hours. The genuine Thermos brand is well worth the price paid.
