Dropped from the dish rack and broke into several pieces. Didn’t keep drinks warm for long. Not a great design, I’d recommend trying a different brand like the yeti.

Needed thermos for ruck sack. Lid does not seal tightly and leaks everywhere when only leaning slightly. Stays warm for 3 hrs at a max. Going to have to get something else. Disppointing.

I bought 3 of these and what a waste of money. They are not spill resistant at all. The lid does not stay on secure and somehow they leak at the bottom as well. The black piece of material that is glued on the bottom - slides off. Water gets in between the double wall. 1 Star because it does keep your drink hot.

Keeps the hot water/ coffee Longer compared to other brands and great for car travelling and was cleaning.Love it and thanks for the voucher too BCF.Thanks
These mugs are pretty pricy, which for good quality you don't mind. In today's day and age, believe it or not,-these are not dishwasher proof. Wash them by hand and water goes in between the inner and outer layer and boils out when you pour hot water in the mug leaving a mess everywhere.-The screw in the bottom is already corroding ofter a couple of months-And the soft pad on the bottom of the cup had come off after the second wash. All and all, a cheap product with an "expensive" name.
I bought two of these, hoping they would be great to make tea to take to kids soccer, to enjoy while we watched, in the winter months. They are terrible. It leaks from the lid, you get the liquid in the bag you're carrying them in, it doesn't keep warm, the bottom felt came off, the screw rusted, water gets inside the blue part. Completely useless. I was so disappointed. Thermos is usually a great brand, so I didn't mind spending a big more if I got a better travel mug. I should have stuck with the the cheap 2 for $7 travel mugs.
I've been using this style of Thermocafe doublewall mug for several years now. They certainly retain the heat for a warm drink. Being a larger cup, I find it keeps my drink warm for an hour or so. I've found that it only last for a year or 18 months if you use it every day like I do. I don't wash them or soak it in water, but despite following cleaning directions, after a while the inner part begins to separate and sometimes I have to firmly refit the inner part to the outside. Unfortunately once that begins happening, moisture gets in between the two layers, and then eventually I have to buy a new one. It's certainly better than a standard mug for keeping your drink warm and holds a good quantity.
I had to drive from one side of Australia to the other so I bought this for my coffees as I have a 12v car kettle. When sipping, the little slider lid doesn’t stay up, ie; when you lift the thermo cup up to your mouth the lid slides back down & your sipping nothing. I awkwardly tried to hold one finger on the lid, I also tried to sticky tape the lid open & you can’t even get a full mouthful, very annoying & disappointing.
Is that really a coffee. Good for alcohol beverage, better with ice. Just plain works. Have not tested coffee. Enjoy
The Mug itself is fine. However the Lids are Rubbish. The Slide Tab on the inside of the Lid is not heat resistant to Hot Water/Coffee/Tea as a result after a couple uses the Slide Tab Melts at each end. As a result the Slide Tab does not stay open on it's own, you have to try hold the Slide Tab open somehow while you take a drink.
