I bought two bottles around a month ago finding it a better alternative than another brand of two a day with a bitter taste if not swallowed swiftly. Best taken around 1-2hrs before bed preferably after meal. They help induce tiredness/sleep for a more relaxing nights rest.

Having purchased 3 weeks ago, I have found one daily tab as directed, has assisted with stress relief. I was so confident with product- I purchased 3 bottles.
Used this product for one month with no appreciable improvement in either sleep patterns, or anxiety issues. Does not work as well (or at all) as prescription sleeping medications, or other psychological methods of anxiety control. Science suggests KAVA "may" work as claimed by manufacturer, but no empirical evidence supports this. Your mileage may vary. Cannot recommend.
Kava reduces anxious tension in the body - I take one on days where I am feeling anxious (as well as my everyday medicine), and it makes me feel more relaxed, removes the nervous tension in the body. I've been using it now for around 3 years.
I have used this product on and off for over two years. I just take one tablet on days when I am doing something complicated or out of my comfort zone....not every day. Almost instantly I feel calmer and more sure of myself. It gives me my power back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Wish CW still sold the bottles of 60 tablets.
I really like this kava as there are no additives. As it is in tablets, you can slowly melt it under your tongue so it acts quite quickly and you do recognise the slightly numbing effect of kava in your mouth.
The only thing that helps me settle down for sleep while struggling with insomnia & anxiety. It’s my go-to.
I will take one Kava some time before some social situation where I want to feel calm and in control, and , for me, it works. I will sometimes take one Kava also, when I feel irritable - it helps me into a better mood. I do not take everyday - only when I want to feel in control mentally
