Have only been taking for a couple of weeks but seems to have improved my ridiculously weak and peeling nails - the sort that grow an inch and then peel and split. They seem stronger, not bendy or peeling or splitting. Hair a bit thicker too. No difference in skin texture though

Having tried numerous vitamins without any result, Thompson is the ONE. Have used for about 6weeks and i can truly see the results - nails are much healthier and hair's looking manageable. Slightly expensive but absolutely Worth it. Definitely buying again!!

So good to try something that finally works with very obvious results!Cleared up my skin in a matter of days, nails notably stronger and hair seemed stronger and shiner. My hair is generally very weak and falls out but i have noticed a dramatic change since using these. Will be purchasing again. Thanks HealthPost :)

I've been taking this for about six months (sometimes on and off however) and I find it keeps my hair, skin and nails in check and it is a great generic hair skin and nail supplement. It gives my hair great shine, curl and length and has improved the length and strength of my nails (my nails still split however). I have used Thompsons Hair Skin and Nails for many years, initially trying these capsules for nail strengthening. I believe that my nails are very good now, smooth and moderately strong. . I am often asked if my nails are real. They most certainly are! My hair and skin also benefit but the most noticeable for me is that of my nails. I definitely recommend this product.
I have tried other hair skin and nail vitamins but nothing compares to this one. I go searching for it when the local Chemist Warehouse has it unavailable
I find this product works very well for me. My skin gets very dry, also my hair and this keeps it looking very good. Especially during the winter. I rate this product a 5 star

Having suffered with acne most of my life I thought this may help. Definitely good for stopping big spots and keeping things calmer on my body. I still have small spots but for first time in years my body acne has reduced considerably. Not all gone but good result and with summer approaching the air and sun will fix the rest.
