I had my gall bladder removed many years ago and sometimes have difficulties with digestion. My functional practitioner recommended this product as it has ox bile and Hcl which are great enhancers for smooth digestion - working to reduce bloating and heartburn. I take 2 tablets about 30 mins before eating and it helps me enjoy and digest the meal without any ill effects afterwards. Thorne products are a high quality, there are no unnecessary ingredients. A little pricey but I guess that comes with higher quality ingredients. I will keep taking this product.

Obviously the quality is A++ as its Thorne brand. I will say, i accidentally ordered this in my last order but if does help to take one after eating a big steak or any other big protein meal. It helps you digest protein. But be careful if your susceptible for ulcers then stay away from this supplement. I've suffered from IBS for a couple of years now and have always struggled with digestion, gas and uncomfortable bloating. I've been able to control my triggers but your body can always react badly towards foods you never thought it could. I am hoping these pills will help with managing this. After taking it for about a week, I can't say there's been any immediate changes that I've noticed.
