I take creatine both before work outs or before work (I have a very physically active job) and previously, my creatine has been hard to dissolve in cold fluids. It ends up clumpy. Not this. It breaks up evenly in 8 oz of fluid, regardless of temps. Also, it's unflavored, so it goes well in anything. If I am drinking it straight in water, I add a little squirt of water enhancer of whatever flavor I want and it's great! It helps keep my muscles from hurting at the days end and that's perfect for me. Speedy recovery. I will definitely be purchasing more of this!

I have been using some form of creative for about 7 months now. When I ran out of my last bottle I decided to try Thorne. It comes with a scoop and the powder is fine and flavor-less. The amount of powder per dose is pretty small so there isn’t a ton you have to dissolve. The powder is extremely fine so it’s pretty much undetectable in your drink of choice. As for efficacy, I think it’s the sort of thing that is hard to tell if there is any difference but research seems to support it and it doesn’t seem to have negative effects so I feel like it’s worth including. Overall, it seems to be potentially a bit finer than some other powders I’ve tried and mixes easily so I’m happy with the product.
