Great service great packaging! customers are price sensitive so cheaper products will be more tempting than nice packaging. This packaging can be afditional if we want to gift. If we can save few cents on product that would be better

About a fortnight ago, I was adopted by a small black cat. Id seen it in the garden practically every day, but its only ever been inside very briefly in April 2015. Then, around then middle of August, I saw it mewing at the patio door so, obviously, I let it in. Its been coming back daily to be fed morning and evening, and I was giving it (I think its male, as Ive seen it spraying) tuna, which isnt healthy in large amounts, so I took a gamble on this. At first I got a Do you SERIOUSLY expect me to eat this muck?!, look but, ever since I put down a bowl of the salmon & herring biscuits alongside it, the bowls been licked clean. His coat seems less dandruffy now, so its obviously doing him good.

I have a fussy little madam of a cat who currently only eats the tinned Gourmet food. Chunks and pate food are out of the question, only flakes. Of all the grain free foods I've tried out there, none state that they are pate in texture, and you don't realise what it is until you've opened it. This food is strips of meat in a broth! The fussy little lady loves it. It smells nice and not overpowering like other brands out there too.

I have used Thrive treats for years, so was excited to discover they make a food too. When I first opened the can, I honestly started to salivate - it looks like real chicken and it smells good enough to eat. My cat loves it (more importantly), and I'm happy that I'm feeding him top quality, pure meat.
My cat really likes this food, and I like the fact it has quite a lot of stock in it to keep her hydrated on these hot days. I have taken off a star as the ingredients on the tin include sunflower oil as a previous reviewer commented, but the Ocado webpage doesn't state this. There is also a plastic wrap over the tins which is a shame as I was hoping to avoid plastic by buying these.
My oldest cat has become extremely selective in her eating and as a result has lost a lot of weight. I had tried everything from fresh foods (like cooked chicken) to special dietary foods from the vet but she still hardly ate. I tried the Thrive product and was astounded to see my old lady eating with gusto - little bits at a time, but we’re getting there
I've only just started buying this for my 4 cats. The first flavour was the Salmon one. They loved it so I've tried them with all the other flavours, only to find that when I start to open the tin one of my cats runs off. Now one of my other cats is avoiding it too. Very strange. Anybody else's cat do this ?
My kittens initially gobbled this up, then we received a few batches that were distinctly different. It used to be be tender little torn pieces of chicken breast, in a lovely chicken stock, but more recently it was very dry, with the chicken pieces resembling tough little bits of stringy meat which was quite unpalatable. Ultimately, the proof is in the pudding and the kittens refused to eat it. Thrive is great when you get a good batch, but I?ve noticed that even with other flavours (notably ocean fish) the tins can either be full of perfectly flaked fishy morsels, or can be tins full of mushy slop with no consistency whatsoever. Frustrating quality control?
thrive cat food is amazing. pure meat content no added nasty things and a complete cat food my cat absolutely adores this food never any wasted. plus the best thing is this is the only cat food not to smell on the way out no longer ant smells from mt indoor cat having switched over to this brand. having tried a few premium makes im converted to thrive! cant be happier that pets at home now stock this brand although adding a few more flavour from the thrive range would be a bonus> delivery to store is always an easy process. thanks pets at home
I think you have to be objective with cat food as everyones moggy is different and they are fickle creatures. My cat loves this flavour from the thrive range. There are big chunks of various seafood and she is normally a lazy eater ( just licks the sauce off if food is too chunky) but she cleans her bowl. She also doesnt normally like strong fish smells ( the irony) but loves this. It is very pungent which is probably why some cats wont even sniff it.
