The arms fit road, mountain and the wife’s e-bike.The only suggestion would be that a rewiring of the attachment for AU would be preferable to the adapter but I guess it’s easier for Thule to ship everywhere as is.Roofrackdtore were fantastic to deal with and very responsive to my questioning emails. The price was amazingly competitive and postage reasonable and delivered to Adelaide in 2 days.

The pinnacle of ingenuity, well designed, solid, practical, easy to use, easy assembly ..... only qualities. A great product which, once folded, does not take up too much space. I added the ramp, an additional item to order, so that my wife can easily raise her electric bike on the support. This piece folds and cleverly stores under the bike rack. I highly recommend this product. Fast delivery, good service.

This is a great quality product. Easy to fit and ticks all of the boxes for easy of mounting, lights, number plate and e-bike weight rated. The only issue is that our dual suspension eMTBs wouldn't fit. The support U bar at the back just isn't high enough to allow the clamps to get to the cross bars of the bikes which is the only place to clamp an eMTB as the rear suspension and battery in the down tube prohibit clamping anywhere else. Unfortunately need to return.
We're getting older, but cycling more, and this is an easy to use easy to store solution. Bikes fit securely, and can be locked while you're off having coffee. Tilt function to access the rear car while bikes are loaded works well. NOTE: Does not fit an Australian standard 50mm tow ball, so make sure the Thule tow ball and light adaptors are included. We also had to remove the plastic cover plate that came shipped around the tow ball socket so that the carrier would fit on the tow bar, although this step was not mentioned in the installation manual.
I hesitated for a long time to buy it because of the price but frankly .... if you have no technical constraints in relation to your vehicle, ACQUIRE IT! I have a powerfly trek 9, 23 kg, I can tell you that I had no problem fixing the device and then my ebike. For my part, I fix the hook on the rear suspension, surrounded by a small cloth to protect the tube a little.
Superb build quality, light weight and easy to install. Integrated lights and indicators work well and look great. My main issue with this and many other Thule racks is the frame attachment mechanism. Unusually shaped frames are not easy to secure and adding a second bike simply compounds the problem. The attachment arms would be more useful if they were variable in length and able to be secured more easily to very wide down tubes (e-bikes for example).Once mounted and the attachment jigsaw is solved... the bike is securely locked on and held firmly with minimal unwanted movement.
I bought this coulple months ago and it has been frequently in use ever since. Bike rack is practical to carry and quick to assemble. No hurting back anymore after carrying it. Two long ebike's goes well onto it and even if with accu.
We ordered this Bike rack, only to find it didn't fit our tow ball.If it had fitted, we couln't fit the plug to our car plug. We bought a new ball, then still couldn't fir it to the car. Went to a bike shop, they couldn't fit it, only to find we were not told there was a black part we had to remove. They had the same bike rack, but their's came will all the items we needed. Not impressed with Pushy's at all. Now after complaints, we got several emails - " If you purchased a Thule bike rack, check you have the ball & converter included " To late for our purchase.
hiright now, only three stars. this is because the item doesn't fit to my vehicle hitch. i have a hayman reese hitch (from australia), and it appears that the dimension between the flange at the bottom of the tow ball, and the top of the tow ball is too short. having ,said that, i think it is cheaper for me to get a hitch that is suitable, as i have a modular solution, and can obtain a suitable tow ball for less than the cost of returning the item.rgdssimon
