Ticket to Ride - Europe 15th Anniversary Edition

Whether you're a seasoned board game veteran, or just dipping your feet into the hobby for the first time, Ticket to Ride: Europe is a perennial crowd pleaser. Engaging fast paced game that never outstays it's welcome. Glad to get my hands on the 15th anniversary addition to add that extra bling and wow factor to the table. A great gateway game that will have a permanent place in my ever growing collection.

Amazing Edition of a Great Game

This has long been a favorite game of ours and when I stumbled across this special edition I splurged and purchased it. The other reviews gave me high hopes and the game delivered. It is just amazing. The board is massive. The pieces and tins are just fantastic. My favorite part is the variations of the pieces and the little details on every train car. If you are a lover of Ticket to Ride, this is a must-have for your collection.

Another yes to Ticket to Ride

If you enjoy Ticket to Ride, then Ticket to Ride Europe add just enough to the game to change up your strategy and give you variety. In addition the 15th Anniversary Edition is awesome. It really adds a lot to the feel of playing the game. Cool train cars and a much nicer map. If you're one that likes to add bling to your favorite game, this is a good choice.

Beautiful and fun addition to board game collection

My boyfriend and I loved playing the original Ticket to Ride: Europe at our local board game shop. When I casually shopped around on Target and discovered this version, it was an immediate buy. If you’re like me who does not have any of the TTR games and enjoys Europe, this anniversary version is a great value. The detailed trains and updated main board are of nice quality. It also comes with the expansion packs to date. I would skip if you have the original TTR: Europe, as two versions might be unnecessary. This is a beautiful and fun addition to my board game collection.

Choo Choo!

Yes, I am a fan of this game and this series. Yes, I already owned the normal TTR: Europe. No, I am not sorry for purchasing this edition. Just like the 10th Anniversary edition, the board is larger. The trains are beautiful. I always enjoy when we get this out for the first time with friends or others that have only experienced the standard versions. I like the unique detailed trains for each color. I like having the expansions included. It gives you more flexibility in how you want to play. Each version being a little different, Europe has tunnels and ferries. This adds just a little extra twist to the game. Completely worth the purchase in my opinion.

Elegant Edition for Collectors

This game is huge!The board is gorgeous, the cards are beautiful, and the tokens are very cool. However, I was disappointed that the game didn't include the depots from the expansion, and the train stations are of inferior quality. Why isn't the board double layered for the price charged is beyond me.Overall I am happy with this purchase, but it is a bit expensive. If you own the original TTR Europe, there is no need to get this version.

Great upgrade to a great game

If you like TTR: Europe, you will love this edition. Every component has been upgraded and is superior to the original. The board is BIG, it barely fits on my 48" round table, and beautiful. The train pieces are amazing. The card artwork is better, and it is easier to tell the difference with the train illustrations/symbols on the cards for color blind folks. It also comes with additional route cards, no idea what expansion that originally was. All in all an excellent value. The game play is no different, so if you liked the original, this is fantastic, if you didn't, it won't change your mind.

Special collection is nice!

Gameplay is classic Ticket To Ride, which is still fun so many years later. This game has nice upgraded components that make it feel fresh and special, though you could always go for something even a bit more special, know what I mean? As an Anniversary collection, it checks all the boxes- detailed pieces, a colorful and LARGE board, special art on the cards. I would definitely say if you are a big fan of TtR or if you never owned Europe (which was my case), this is a great purchase.

Ticket to Ride: Europe - 15th Anniversary Edition

Like its predecessor, TTR 10th Anniversary Ed., this 15th Anniversary of TTR Europe, is spectacular. The 5 sets of beautifully designed trains are unique and add a special flavor to the game. The cards and boards are also, wonderful, making playing TTR Europe truly an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend purchasing the 10th Anniversary Edition, giving the players the added wonder of choosing from 10 different and exquisitely designed train sets. Either way, this will be one of those games you will want to play often. Enjoy and Game On!

Ticket to Ride: Europe 15th Anniversary Collector's Edition

Great version of an already great game. Includes loads of bonus tickets for game variation as well as great quality, detailed trains with individual look and character, and upgraded wooden scoring tokens. The storage tins are also a huge plus compared to the old plastic baggies, all fitting nicely into a well organised box insert. The board itself is huge and some smaller tables will struggle to accommodate its dimensions especially when you consider there needs to be space for the market of train cards and people's tins. Stunning artwork throughout and an easy to navigate rulebook complete this modern classic. One downside... the box is so big, it doesn't fit in a Kallax cube but I can't hold that against it.
