Great game to play! We were a bit sick of using the standard map and this map was a refreshing difference and the new terrain tickets featured spiced up the gameplay. Would recommend 🤗

Great edition to the game though probably for experienced ticket to ride players. Fun map and the terrain cards add a nice twist
We have many of the Ticket to Ride games, maps, etc. this is one of the best. A unique location nor really seen in too many games. Some unique mechanics that set it apart from the other TtRides. Definitely recommended.
With the added terrain cards you will be able to double points on your placements. Make it easier to catch up on point if you are getting left behind. But is a gamble on the drawing of cards on you turn.
You need to have one of the "full" games to play Africa, so just know that before you buy it. This is a great addition to the Ticket to Ride series; it adds another new element where you can double your score on a route (a little difficult to understand in the directions, but once you play it makes sense). Lots of fun and also teaches a little geography in Africa. Fun to play for our family!
This is a more difficult ticket to ride map as there are less double routes on the map. But the new feature of doubling your points with the new set of cards is interesting & makes your u-turns & finding a different route after being blocked by other players, all worth while!
This is a great product. It is a masterfully created, beautifully drawn game. It is fun, entertaining, and a nice shake-up from the original game sets. My only reservation with this board game expansion is that it does not include all of Africa. The board's map is only the southern half of Africa. This is a disappointment. Otherwise, I give this expansion an A+ in every department.
My family and I are Ticket to Ride junkies. Love it. It is enjoyable to play. Veteran Ticket to Ride players will pick it up very easily.
