The photochromic lense works great. Bought the glasses to keep cool air out of my eyes when I’m riding, but they don’t work so great for that. They do fog up some but it’s manageable ↵↵The tint is perfect for overcast days and riding In the woods, but on sunny days something with more tint would be preferred, but I do have sensitive eyes. Overall I recommend for riding or running

Bought these after having a winter pair of Tifosi's. I have the Aethon blue and thought another style/ color would be fun for summer. I got these and they are great! They never fog and the lenses are fairly easy to change. I have used them for roller skiing, biking and running this summer. I also got the Fototec ones and have yet to try them much, but hop on over to the sledge black Fototec and check it out. They look promising.

I like the coverage a lot. ↵This is my fourth pair of Tifosi optics. I love that they are affordable for a pretty good performance.↵The vents are good enough. ↵↵I feel like the frame is slightly more flimsy than other pairs I own. ↵↵My biggest problem with these glasses is that switching the lenses is quite hard. I struggled for a good 10 minutes before figuring it out. I sometimes feel like I'm going to break the lenses (although I doubt this will happen).↵These lenses being so big, they are a bit on the heavier size (relative to Tifosi's lightness). ↵But all around still good glasses.

Great product, wear them while trail riding. Very comfortable, no fog issue, and they fit perfectly with my helmet. No issues to report with them. They come with a great storage case and bag/lens cloth. Great for anyone riding trails that have varying light/dark. Recommended to several friends.
These are nearly perfect, and really the only issue I've had with them is fogging under conditions where glasses might tend to fog up. I use them mountain biking mostly, and when I'm on a long climb I'll often end up taking them off. I suppose something super expensive might have an anti fog coating, but maybe those don't work well anyway. Maybe I could find something to clean them with that would help with that too. Who knows. Beyond that, they adapt to different light very quickly and seamlessly, and they have a great field of view. They fit great and don't fall off easily. Love em!
Overall great glasses, my rating comes down primarily to the height of the lense. It feels like the lense rises up from the nose cone rather than sitting around it. ↵↵That being said, this feature makes it interface amazingly with a helmet and looks great then. I just look silly when I am wearing them alone. ↵↵It could also be because they're a bit small for me, however, the arms are extremely adjustable, so I got them pretty comfortable.↵↵The photosensitive lenses are awesome. Quick transitions to just the right amount.
I run in them, the range is good, I don't have to take my glasses off between the shady pines and the bright mountain tops.↵↵They do bounce a bit and seem to be for a large face, which mine is not, as they slip off of I'm looking down. I wear chums, so it was manageable.↵↵The vlt range, while very large, does not go dark enough. I don't believe the vlt value is accurate, on the mountain tops with a hat,I was still squinting.↵↵Overall good clarity, comfortable, and great fototec transition time between light and dark.↵↵9/1/22 still the same review, definitely made for a larger head↵
This is my second pair of Tifosi's. I was contemplating one of the other more expensive brands but I just couldn't justify spending $300 so I tried another Tifosi. My other pair was a bit more "open-air" which allowed more dust/bugs by so I tried the bigger Sledge. Glad I did - perfect for riding gravel and protecting my eyes!
These glasses have massive coverage without blocking any crucial viewpoints. You can get in a very aggressive position and still easily see out of the top of these glasses. Changing the lenses is quick & easy enough that I can do it while riding. I have 3 pairs of the Sledge in different colors & 2 pairs of the Sledge Lites that should say enough about them, but I’ll keep singing the praises! I’ve got a larger head and these fit super comfortably, they also tuck up into all my helmets really well. The 3 lenses make for the possibility of all day riding with any conditions with just 1 pair of glasses.
I like how colorful and fun these are. Nose piece stays snug. These hit my cheeks when I smile, and the center bar in your vision is a little annoying though I get used to it. Sometimes fogs. I have a small face, and the lens itself is small, so probably won't fit or look great on people with medium or greater sized heads. However the arms bow out a bit so would certainly accommodate a larger head. Easy to interchange the lenses and are holding up well.
