I hesitated for a couple years buying this because of the price and went with a different brand. I didn’t like this brand vacuum cleaner at all but I’m a dyson gal. I however am addicted to this floor mop. Battery last for the whole 2100 square foot home. You don’t have to run around and find a place to plug it in. Easy to use and cleans itself! I have two dogs and a grandson so I use this vacuum mop at least twice a day and have not regretting the purchase other than waiting so long. Makes cleaning fun and easy. My grandson can crawl around in light colored clothes and not have any dirt on his knees from dogs tracking up the floors. Sucks up almost all the water so our tile is dry in minutes and that usually takes an hour for the cold tile to dry.

It was able to handle a wide array of messes, and frankly could be used for some major spills. Again, the bigger the messes you work on, the more you'll need to clean the machine's components, so keep that in mind. But the iFloor was incredibly effective, and required minimal passes to suck up the liquid solution, leaving the floor impressively clean to the touch and to the eye. Again, I've used this on hardwood, vinyl, and laminate and I've found it effective in all scenarios. It even surprisingly can work as a spot vacuum on carpets as well. I found the battery was more than sufficient for a round of cleanings in my house, handling my kitchen, dining room, entryway and laundry room on my main floor and the bathrooms, hallway and main bedroom on the top floor. One final note, my wife and I were surprised at how relatively quiet the machine was. I was slightly concerned it wasn't going to do a great job given the lower noise level, but that's obviously not been the case.Overall, this is an incredibly effective hard floor cleaner that leverages battery power to deliver an incredibly convenient clean. As long as you stay on top of keeping it clean, the self clean function helps keep things from getting nasty. With a two year old and a cat at my house, this has become an invaluable part of my cleanup routine.
I tried the Tineco 3 Plus after spending a ridiculously long time online reading and watching reviews. It’s incredibly confusing trying to compare models - it seems that the big box stores have their own versions that are similar but different to what Tineco has described online. That being said, the 3 plus did a great job and sold me on the idea of this machine. After two tries, I realized that a larger capacity tank for clean and dirty water, and longer running time are what I need. I also like a roller that can wipe all the way to the baseboards, so plan to buy the Tineco 5 or 6.
Had this for a little over 2 months. Previously owned a different brand that was corded but I wanted to go cordless.This one doesn’t hold as much water but seems to be more powerful.After about 9 weeks of owning this, the suction stopped working. Difficult to get in touch with customer service via phone, email seems to be the only way but their response time is terrible. Then they want me to ship it for servicing, they sent me a shipping label but no box and said turn around time between 1-2 weeks.Tineco is supposed to be the better brand and quality but compared to lesser expensive brands, not as durable and customer service isn’t as good.
This vacuum/mop combo is such a time saver. It's easy to set up and use. There are symbols on the top that indicate functional things (dirty/clean water canister is full, tangle, need cleaning etc). This one comes with an extra roller and filter. Once everything is set up and charged, you press the button to start (which won't until you put the handle down) and it gets to work.. It seems self propelled so barely any effort is needed to work. Cleaning time is cut in half or more as you don't need to sweep or vacuum before starting... Only downside is that the clean and dirty water canisters are small and empty quickly but it empties easily so you can get back to it. I loved it so much I bought another one for my mom.
I love that you can vacuum and mop at the same time. Saves you lots of time. For the past year, I’ve used my Shark robot vacuum and Samsung robot mop weekly and thought they were doing a great job of cleaning. Boy was I wrong. First time I used the Tineco, I was in disbelief that my floor was that dirty. The water in the dirty container was black. I couldn’t believe it. My weekly cleaning for the past year was a waste of time. If you’re looking for a product that will deep clean your floor quickly, this is the product for you. Only con is the roller mop, not the easiest to remove and insert but you get used to it. I have already recommend this product to friends and family.

So glad I made the switch!I wish I had control of the water output on this, but compared the the cross waves option and the solution never coming out evenly, I’m okay without it.The cleaning solution tank and the DWT could be bigger; it’s a little annoying to have to stop and refill/dump.
