Horrible. I feel like I’m doing more work/cleaning. It sucks up the dirt and spits it back out. Same thing happens when I was using the wet vacuum setting. It’s spreading dirty water all over the floor instead of keeping the dirty water in the container. I rather use a regular mop… Don’t waste your money on this. I was really hoping this would be a good product.

I’m not exactly sure what i was expecting, but this wasn’t really it. If you have pets, i would recommend looking for something different. I have two cats and I myself have very long hair that falls out everywhere lol. I have started taking my regular vacuum over the floors first because the hair wraps around the tinecos brush or gets stuck in the opening under the dwt. Also, it does not mop very well. it barely gets the floor wet enough to be clean, and that’s even on spot clean. for example my husband had walked on the floor with wet shoes a few hours before i wet vacuumed. Even after several times going over the same spot, the show prints were still there. the floor does not feel clean to me. it takes FOREVER to charge. It cleans okay, but the battery time is hard to deal with. I cant even finish one large room before it goes dead on a full charge. Mainly because you have to pass over the wet spots a couple of times in order to pull up the water and leave the floor close to dry. However it doesnt leave them soaking wet so I guess you dont really have to do that. If you have a larger space, its kind of small and doesnt cover a very wide path. It would be great for smaller areas. I can clean my floors better with a mop as this doesnt seem to get the spots up in the kitchen where my kids have dropped/dripped a small spot of something and let it dry on the floor. It works well for light jobs and cleanup between manual moppings, but for me its just as easy to dump my mop bucket and ... MoreIt cleans okay, but the battery time is hard to deal with. Since we moved into a large single family house, this hard floor washer has been saving me half of the cleaning work, which is absolutely amazing. And the battery supports longer than 30 minutes of work (I normally charge right after use so never run out of battery). I was surprised it can also self clean the brush, which could be the most nasty part for the maintenance of this device. So far I have no problem with this product and it is easy to push and roll on the hardwood floor. The product comes with a cleaning rack that all accessories can be kept clean and organized. It has been saving me time as well as my back and this is one of my best investment on the house cleaning supplies. I would strongly recommend it.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: is vacuum is a HARD floor vacuum, it will not work very well on carpet. That said, it doesn't okay job on hard floors. I did not pick everything up, it did best with the bigger chunks and I had a hard time picking up fine pieces. It did pick up dust on the hard floor, though, I didn't notice it picked up the dust until I looked in the canister and saw that the dust was in the filter area. I went back over the floor with my heavy suction vacuum cleaner and did pick up a little bit more that this vacuum cleaner did not pick up. I used the wet function and is pretty simple and straightforward. It will NOT pick up things that have been stuck to the floor for a long time, but it's okay for newer messes. but did not leave any streaks on my floor, and it ... MorePLEASE UNDERSTAND: is vacuum is a HARD floor vacuum, it will not work very well on carpet. It comes with a cleaning solution but I have not used the solution yet, so I can't comment on that. I also cannot comment on longevity oh, as I have only had the product for less than one week. I would not pay $150 for this product. It is a good "in between" product if you need to clean up hard floor but do not have time to fully sweep or give it a good mop. It cannot replace sweeping and mopping completely, or even scrubbing the floor on hands and knees, but I do love that it's lightweight and very quiet. it's also very easy to use, and very easy to figure out even if you don't read the instructions. One of the cool features is that if you turn the handle with your wrist, the head of the vacuum cleaner turns too , so you don't have a stiff vacuum cleaner that you have to twist with your back like a big clunky regular vacuum cleaner. I obviously love that it's cordless and that's super convenient. It does not take up a lot of space and it seems to be the perfect height for me. It's a good option if you are in an apartment or a small home with not alot of room. I would recommend if this price point were under $100.
This vacuum changed my days. I have 2 senior dogs and I was very stressed and grossed out by the messes that cant be avoided. Food bits and drool by the food bowls, drips and drops off of the pee pads etc. This machine picks it all up and actually scrubs tough spots. Leaves minimal streaking and very little moisture. This mop vacuum was a mothers day gift to myself and i only wish i had more money to get the steam model. This vacuum is a game changer if you have pets.
So, to start off, I have a 3 bdrm 2 bath old house with laminate floor. I normally vacuum then mop with a normal vacuum and a normal mop. I was hearing all the buzz about the Bissell Crosswave and thought it was interesting to be able to vacuum and mop at the same time. BUT THE PRICE! Anyway, a year went by and I came across this vacuum on sale for $99 and thought I would look into it. I watched this youtube video that compared this exact vacuum to the crosswave and it seemed to do better. I decided to give it a shot, I mean $99! I got it in and it and unboxed it and put it together pretty easily. A week later, I decided to get over my nerves and try it. I just now finished. I got it in and it and unboxed it and put it together pretty easily. A week later, I decided to get over my nerves and try it. I just now finished. I wanted to write this review while it was fresh in my memory. First, I added the water (not to the fill line b/c the video said the dirty water tank isn't as big as the clean water and overfills) then I added a cap full of the solution they give you. This got messy, It was hard to not spill the solution will trying to pour it in the hole that is as little as the cap itself. When I started the vacuum, I found that it didn't put out as much water as I like to normally mop with, so I tried the SPOT button which adds a little more water. Then I turned the spot button off after only 5 seconds or so b/c I didn't want too much water. I was able to pass it on half the house until I heard it making a different sound (and per the video I watched, this may be b/c the DWT was getting full), so I decided to empty the dirty tank. YUCK! I wasn't sure where to dump it b/c I didn't want to put all the "stuff" in toilet or down the sink drain, but I did it anyway. In the future, I will just go outside. I was able to complete the second half of my house after filling the clean water and making a mess with the solution all over again. What I didn't like about it was it was kinda heavy and was tiring to my hand and arm after only a little while. I also don't like how it doesn't go low to where it can reach under my kitchen chairs or anything low. What I like about it is the battery lasted for my whole house, and I could use the spot button for some extra power when needed. It wasn't hard to take apart and clean. Overall, I did like it, I will continue to use it and won't return it (because the price was so great). Not sure if it is the best for quick spot clean ups b/c of all the stuff you have to do before and after for just 1 spot. I will probably only use it when cleaning ALL of my floor at once.
This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. We put it back together, turned it on and once again it starting spitting out sewage water. I haven’t ... MoreThis thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I want my money back or a replacement.
I bought the tineco ifloor because it was so highly rated. This vacuum mop combination is garbage. For starters it leaves my floors covered in streaks whether it's hardwoods, LVP, or tile. It also will leave a puddle of dirty water on the floor when it's turned off. I reached out to customer service and sent pictures and videos and the response was "that is normal for our machine". It is not good for pet hair or most dirt so I have to vacuum before I can even use it which seems to defeat the whole purpose of the vacuum. It's also not even semi decent getting close to the edge/wall and will just push all the grime into these areas making the spots around your baseboards look disgusting. The battery life is about 20-25 minutes which is enough time to maybe do 2 rooms. ... MoreI bought the tineco ifloor because it was so highly rated. This vacuum mop combination is garbage. Honestly my swiffer wet jet does a better job of getting into tight spaces and does not leave streaks unlike this machine and if I have to vacuum beforehand anyways then what's the point? Finally this could be mere coincidence but since I've used this contraption on my LVP floor I've been noticing swelling in the joints. Overall not worth the money and not sure where all the hype is coming from.
I really dislike leaving not-great reviews, but I’d be remiss to praise this wet/dry vacuum cleaner when I find it unsuitable for my home. Some may like it, but I don’t think it’s ready for market, and it actually makes cleaning harder. It arrived well packaged, despite there being far too many components involved - it’s just more stuff to keep track of, to store, and that’ll eventually be in a landfill. The design is attractive, if not terribly functional. It only works on hard floors, so you’d need yet another vacuum cleaner for carpet. As others have mentioned, it doesn’t clean all the way to the baseboards/corners, so you’d still need to find another device to clean and wash corners. I didn’t find set-up that easy, but it’s not really too hard if you have a lot of time, patience, and like reading product guides. I found it messy; when I turned it off, it left puddles of soapy fluid. It also leaks water when stowed, so the maker provides a tray to stow it on (I’m uncertain why a manufacturer would send to market a vacuum cleaner that it knows leaks. The washing feature didn’t cover all surfaces, but sort of randomly cleaned in streaks. This is not an all-in-one product, and I find having a good vacuum cleaner that can work an all surfaces and reach all corners is good. For washing floors, affordable eco-friendly and functional options can be found easily. I wanted to like this, but it doesn’t do anything better than existing products; if anything, it creates more work. I’m a tidy housekeeper, but I won’t be able to put this to use and my honest assessment is that it’s more hassle than benefit.
