My 1st clean, fully charged, lasted only 16 mins and was down to 8%. Was only able to clean half of my 90sqm condo. I had to refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank midway. I pretty much love this thing more than any other cleaning machine I’ve ever owned. No joke, it actually makes me feel excited to clean my floors. And it used to be my number 1 most hated chore. It’s not perfect (yet) but I have all the confidence that future models will keep getting better, and I will buy a Tineco time and time again if/when my machine has run its course. I don’t believe it actually detects anything because the whole wheel is blue 90% of the time I’m using it, and I know for a fact my floors are not that clean when starting out lol. However, I was never really interested in that feature to begin with so it’s not a big deal to me. I do wish the clean water tank had measurement markers. After some practice, I am now able to complete my entire first level on one tank and the battery life provided, but I have to refill for the self clean function. It says to have at least 44% full clean water tank in order to start self clean, but that’s tough to measure out because there is no “self clean” marker. So I basically have to estimate how much of a cap full of solution and how much water to put in. I usually end up with a good amount leftover that I need to just dump. Slightly annoying. Battery life also could definitely be better. I realize the battery in this model can’t be swapped so I’m pretty much stuck with what battery I have for as long as I keep this model. It’s just enough for my space so it’s not the biggest deal as long as I work efficiently, but I would have liked to take my time a little more with vacuuming instead of trying to beat the clean water tank and battery drainage. Other than that, a self-empty and self-refill option for a COMPLETE self-clean in a future model would be absolutely magical, but that’s just me dreaming for now lol. But who knows…. Amazing tool! No regrets!

I bought the S5 combo about a year ago but only had the vacuum mop and the attachment for the handheld. Recently saw these attachments and purchased it because I was tired of having to whip out my big and heavy corded vacuum to even touch up around the house! Once I received this, put it together and gave it a test drive: MY, OH MY… LIFE-CHANGER! It was so light to operate, the roller made it tangle free and getting all surfaces seemingly. Now I no longer dread of having to vacuum every day!Only thing I wish it would’ve came with was the actual charging cord for the dock, but not a big deal, I just had to place back the device back to the mop attachment.
We've only had it a few weeks but it has been great. Our whole house is wood and tile flooring and we are constantly vacuuming but bye the time you're done vacuuming who wants to mop? We have 4 people and 2 dogs with a dog door so the floors are always dirtier than they look. This makes it easy! The roller is soft so anything really sticky you may have to do manually. The stick vac is great because of the weight. My girlfriend has medical issues and couldn't hold up the other vacuum doing cobwebs and fan dusting. Only thing that would make this better is if they had a rougher roller you could add, longer battery life and an extra spot to put the 3rd attachment provided! I bough this to go with an ONE S5 that I bought in like new condition, I am in love with this produce and the S5 itself. It’s replaced a Dyson ball vacuum, a seam mop, the swiffer, and honestly I barely use my broom anymore. I highly recommend it if you have a lot of messy, and high traffic areas and hard floors. I do use this to vacuum a couple of rugs and our dog hair covered couch. This set honestly helps me keep my house livable and it’s noticeable for everyone who sees my house. HOWEVER shipping took like 13 days, I wasn’t expecting that.

I feel like by the time I finish sweeping and am ready to mop, my floors already need to be swept again, but not with my Tineco! I'm able to do both chores at the same time with EASE. Product sucking well water and juices, but was not able to manage smoothies2. If your child spilled pasta on the floor there is no way this machine will suck it3. It wont remove stains few hours old, like cacao, or dry milk. So you have to clean spillages immediately4. Function of edges is only available fromOne side of the mop so you must turn all the time to reach the edge, plus its not reaching the area precisely4. Mop is using a very little amount of water when mopping so its hardly washing the floor.4. And you must clean your home within 20-25 mins per one load.A vacuum that is coming along with mop:Forget about it, is for very light duty work, cant lets say vaccum car seats, and cant manage well rugs.. the suction is very light even on max power.
I bought the combo smart wet dry vacuum a couple weeks ago and OMG I’m obsessed. It’s so cool because the vacuum talks to you to let you know when the tanks are empty, when to self clean, along with other things. It saves so much time compared to having to vacuum then mop the house, because it’s all done at once. I love the fact that it’s cordless and super light weight. I would say the only thing I wish was better, was the battery life. It lasts about 20mins or so until you have to charge it again so you can finish cleaning the floor. Other than that I’m so happy I spent the money to purchase this vacuum.
