I love this mobile! (Even though it actually broke) The mobile did stop turning but it was around the time we would stop using it. My little one very quickly learned how to turn it on himself. I love that it can be used as just a music box as they get older. My son is almost 2.5 yrs and he will turn it on if he wakes in the night and go right back to sleep and he’s been doing that since 10 months. The music box is still going strong even with his toddles antics of kicking it. Best bedtime investment!

We bought this and in a couple of month the rotation part broke and stopped turning around. It rotates half way, makes a loud click and gets stuck… super annoying because it’s also waking up the baby. She reached out couple of times to play with the toys (which are by the way super cute) but I don’t think it should cause the rotation mechanism to fail…would like to exchange/return but not sure how long we d the warranty.

I had an older version of the same mobile with my first child and loved it. The variety of music, the movement, and the fact that the animals are tilted to be seen from the babies perspective were all things I’ve loved about it. We have our first mobile to a friend and bought this one when our second came but when I installed it there is a buzzing sound from the motor, and it sounds like something small is loose and rattling around inside the motor when you tilt it (when it’s off) so I will be returning it. I’m very sad it’s not working properly, and hope it’s just a defective one, because when it works correctly it’s great.

I read reviews about these and other Tiny Love mobiles unclamping and falling on babies! Still, I hesitantly purchased one because of the bright colors and variety of songs. I tested the clamp to make sure it wasn't going anywhere, it seemed solid enough. It worked well for 1 month and last night the entire rotating portion detached from the arm and fell on baby. Safety should be priority when it comes to baby products. Tiny love needs to fix this. Still giving 2 stars because my baby does love this mobile.
Bummer. We had a Tiny Love mobile like this one for our older kids and they loved it… but unfortunately, the mobile attachment was crushed during a move. When our youngest was born, I wanted the same one and was excited to find this one. Unfortunately, the mobile part makes a really loud and obnoxious grinding noise as it spins. I already threw away the box and baby loves the music box part (though we still have our other one as well!), so I am unable to return it :(
Only rotate when it is perfectly horizontal. Which makes the music box at a 45 degree angle. Cheaply made. The motor socket slides making no rotation. Everything is just plastic on plastic. Just other products sold at store that does not care about quality of there products and a company that just to cheap to make a good product
I bought this without looking at cost, it is pricey BUT best baby toy ever. Baby loves looking at light and listening to very soothing music and watching carousel going round. Now he is 4months pulling on carousel, changing music by hitting buttons. We can leave him in his cot listening to music and playing without him crying for attention. Really is worth every penny spent!!! Go on get one for your baby, gra child etc.

Unfortunately, I waited too long to get it all set up and try it out.First off, the "40 minutes" is how long it takes to cycle through the entire library of music/sounds. There is no way to lock in to one specific sound category. If I wanted to put my baby to sleep with the white noise, it will eventually cycle through all the other upbeat music. Second, with each rotation of the mobile, gravity causes the three individual leaves (that each of the characters are attached to) to rotate as well which makes an audible "click" every so often. This seems kind of disruptive to sleep...The upside is, it's great how it converts to a portable music box, and the variety of music is pretty good. Couldn’t be happier about this mobile! I’ve done quite a research before purchasing one for my then 2-month old son. Some reviewers were saying the clicking noise is an issue, and I definitely hear that clicking, but it doesn’t bother my boy at all. I love the variety of tunes and so does the baby! He’s always looking at it, giggling, dancing, moving around till he falls asleep (again, no clicking disturbs him!) I can leave my son entertained for at least 30 minutes which is great. I have recently bought a mini-version of this mobile as well. Highly recommend both!soentertainedfoleminwisversion of this mobile. Highly recommend
I really love this mobile unfortunately one of the pieces came broken and would not stay put but I put a clear command strip on it and forced it into the slot and it has never fallen off since. It wasn’t that big of a deal to me and I do like this mobile very much. My baby enjoys watching all the animals go around and I love the various music options and the fact that it can grow with your baby. They can use this as a music box as a toddler as well when they outgrow the mobile plus they make a smaller version of this without the music box ( plays classical music only ) that we bought and use for travel as well we love that too.
