Toblerone is one of our household's Christmas favourites. The iconic triangular tube is always front and center in our Christmas nibble selection although it never tends to last as long as the rest of the snacks! The chocolate is smooth and creamy with the nougat complimenting the chocolate very nicely. If you love chocolate then you will struggle to find any better than this.

Toblerone is a lovely combination if milk chocolate with small almondy nougat pieces in it. There is honey too but I didn't notice it. The bar is an iconic triangular shape with segments joined together at the base. There used to be a wider join at the bottom but now the segments are much closer together. I thought this made it much harder to separate the segments.

Can there be anything better to signal the arrival of Christmas than Toblerone arriving in the shops? Unless you are at an airport in which case it probably signals the arrival of your flight. Either way i have loved its quirky shape for years and the little chewy nuggets in delicious chocolate never fail to please. I recently saw a 4.5kg version in the shops but the triangles from the 360g size fit in your mouth a whole lot better!

This is delicious classic with top quality chocolate and a must-have stocking filler. My only gripe is the shrinkflation-inspired reduction in actual chocolate. My nostalgic memory of a Toblerobe was pushing my finger in the gaps between peaks before it cracked which you can no longer do (unless your fingers are unusually wide!). I'd rather pay more for a more generous (and therefore for more luxurious) chocolate bar that's more like its former self.
