Delighted with my purchase. I've already used it twice and found it so much easier than improvising with tins etc and it gives better more consistent results. The resulting tofu has a great texture and absorbs flavours very well.

Very refreshing to have a company that sells replacement parts instead of the waste involved in a new product. We have been using the fantastic Tofuture press for 2+ years now. I noticed one band was wearing out & a friend said she’d got these on line. Now I’ve some in the kitchen draw just in case. Thanks for such a lovely product that is so functional.

This piece of kit transforms a block of tofu into so many more options! It gives a whole new texture, more flavour is absorbed by the tofu as well. Best thing is, you literally pop your tofu block in there, leave it in the fridge overnight and let it do its thing. I usually start on the middle clip, then a few hours before I'm due to use it I'll pop it on the bottom clip to squeeze any last liquids out. You can blast in the dishwasher once you've used it too

This item will press your tofu within an hour. It pressed all the liquid out from an extra firm tofu. No more using a roll of paper towels and 15lb. weight to accomplish this. I LOVE IT!!
Good press. It has 3 levels for accommodation of different thicknesses. Easy to clean! Much easier than towels and cast iron skillets!
Very easy to use! I pressed my block of tofu for 3-4 hrs and it produced 1/2 c of liquid. Tofu was very flavorful with teriyaki sauce. You do have to plan way ahead with meal prep to give it enough time to press.
I bought this for my son who is a vegan. I asked him what he thought of it and he said that it was absolutely brilliant and worked really well. He especially liked the fact that the water from the tofu is collected in the bottom bowl, which can then be emptied and used for storage. Overall a fabulous piece of kit.
Simple to use. Most of the water is extracted with lowest setting. Leaves dots on surface which are useful when cutting into cubes. Open to air so don’t leave tofu in for extended time.
This thing works amazing. So much easier than paper towels and a book or pan. Best part is you can do this and put it in the fridge. Then into an airtight container and your Tofu is ready whenever you are. So happy I will be buying another!
I wasnt strong enough to stretch the elastic bands right down to the bottom but it worked perfectly well on the middle setting. Loads of water squeezed out within a few hours. I was then able to move the bands down to the bottom to squeeze out the remaining water. Maybe this is the best way to use the press anyway to avoid over stretching the bands. Product seems sturdy and will hopefully last a while.
