I bought this about 3 weeks ago. Hardware is fine. Colour of the sail is good. Put the sail in and it had two flaws in it. Had to call to jag I’d directly and they shipped another sail. Second one has a slight flaw but we are not returning. For the price there should be no flaws at all.

Easy set up, great service and fast shipping.A few things to remember....make sure your posts haven’t expanded due to moisture or at least let them dry. Also, make sure you pick straight wood. It took me over 30 Minutes at Lowes to find decent wood. I would bring a bracket in to fit in the wood just to make sure.We chose the 10x12 kit and she’s a beast to lift so make sure you have manpower.We love that we can change things down the road If we choose.

Great product! Simple installation and very study. All components are a high quality and customer service has been excellent. I like that it has a modular setup, so you have the freedom to design your own style. Lots of positive comments from guests! Fully recommended!
Expensive for what you actually get.There is no instructions and the wrong code link to instructions does not work in Australia.No issue with the Quality of product
Solid product. Built on a deck that gets a fair amount of wind and the Shade Sail are well made to handle it.
I got this about a month ago and I am happy with this product. Pergola is easy to assemble, sturdy, looks sharp, and high quality.
How in the world did someone figure over $ 700.00 dollars was a reasonable price for this kit ? The wood is not included , and the metal bases and corners ,add up to a little over $ 100.00 dollars , so I guess they feel that 10 ft x 10 ft piece of shade cloth is worth $ 600.00 dollars.
as described in their advertisements, super easy to assemble. It took less than 1h to my spouse and me to have our pergola finished. Super fast delivery. In fact, faster than the one announced. Done people say it’s too expensive but I totally disagree because you can very easily personalize it and it’s really so easy and fast to build.
Very good, solid product but quite expensive. Easy to put together although perhaps a simple manual for do's and donts would have helped.
