Even though this foundation is extremely out of my price range, I lucked out and received a whole bunch of free samples of it and could not wait to try it! I have to say I was so impressed by this foundation. It has a very lightweight and thin consistency that is almost watery feeling. It spreads and glides easily onto the skin blending out seamlessly. I would say it is definitely a buildable medium to full coverage foundation that really does leave an airbrushed soft matte finish. There is no glow or luminosity which I really enjoy as an oily skinned person. It covers the majority of my blemishes and dark spots. This foundation lasts me all day, from the time I put it on until the time I remove it with a cleansing balm. I also love that my other cream and powder products layer on top of the foundation beautifully without turning patchy or muddy looking. Another thing worth mentioning is that the shade range is excellent and I feel like most people should be able to find a shade that works for them. In addition, the price point is very expensive and inaccessible to the majority of people. However, if you are looking to splurge on luxury makeup I do think this foundation is excellent and that you would not be disappointed if you spent your money on it.

I used everything I normally do before except no primer to see how it would wear; I have a lot of texture that I normally smooth with primer. By the time I finished my makeup, my checks felt dry and itchy - that’s usually where I experience irritation. Checked my face in the bathroom and I could see how red my checks were through the foundation! After checking the ingredients, I realized this has lavender oil which I’m allergic to. The ingredients do last a number of plant extracts and oils so I would recommend verifying you’re not allergic to any - this is the first time I’ve come across lavender in foundation. Ended up washing by face about 1 1/2 hours of wear. I’m bummed this isn’t something I’ll be able to use however I’m glad I could try. I would say if you’re not allergic to the ingredients and looking for something light weight that dries down, this might be something to consider if the price isn’t a concern.

The foundation comes in a bottle where you twist the squirt top up, and it’ll lock. I think this is really cool because it won’t squirt foundation all over the place in your makeup bag, or have to keep up with a top. It is all seemingly really clean. Price: I’m someone who doesn’t mind spending a little more on foundation/ face products because they use higher quality ingredients that won’t be super rough on skin. So I think the $88 is pretty fair for a splurge item because the bottle is so big and the ingredients don’t bother my super sensitive skin. Ending thoughts: I would definitely be purchasing this product again. I really like it!

It's literally given me the skin I've wanted my whole life. I'm obsessed, and so happy I chose it. The price is steep, but with this you definitely get what you pay for. It's well worth the price, because it doesn't just function as makeup- it functions like skincare too. I'm so happy with my purchase!

Broke down and bought this at the sale because I am on a quest for the perfect foundation and I really struggle with finding one that suits my neutral-cool olive , very fair skin. My skin is also combo-oily and can tend to break out and/or look oily by mid-day (or sometimes even within a few hours of applying). This foundation goes on absolutely beautifully and looks flawlessly perfect, like the skin you wish you were born with and very real. I d say it’s just a medium coverage, and I might prefer just a little more but I’m okay with it since it’s so perfect. I’m one misgiving however is that it doesn’t really last all day on my skin and starts to look tired and definitely needs touched up mid afternoon or for sure by supper time if I’m going out. I have found my new go to foundation. If you like a sheer yet buildable formula this is for you, not full coverage for sure. One pump did my whole face once I sheered it out with a blending foundation brush. You know the ones that have a sparse fluffy end to the hairs.I wasn't sure what colour to pick up for this foundation as I bought it in the VIB sale online, so I plumped for Cameo. My skin tone tends to be neutral but the sample I previously received in 0.5 was a hair too yellow. This tone is PERFECT for me. If you have a pale neutral complexion go for this shade.The only down side for me is the product has a bit of a sour smell, which is odd, but the primer sample I received smelt the same. Tom Ford for the win

The only reason I’m giving this 4/5 stars and not 5/5 is because I was super loyal to Tom Ford’s water proof foundation that was discontinued a few years ago. This replaced it and isn’t quite the same. Because of that I ventured out to try other products to see if I could find something similar to the original formula. I tried Dior, Estée Lauder, Bobbi Brown, TikTok’s IL Makiage, and ultimately Tom Ford’s Traceless soft matte was the best. Very light weight yet medium buildable coverage. I was color matched perfectly. Balances out my skin tone nicely and good pore coverage in the t-zone where I have larger pores. Only con it doesn’t wear all day without setting powder/spray touch up. But still worth it to me.
