I was hesitant on spending that much on baby bottles I wasn’t sure my boy would like but sure enough he took to it straight away! Before finding these bottles I had so many struggles trying to get my boy to drink from another bottle, so many sleepless nights because he was waking up still hungry but didn’t want his bottle. Now I have another son and they both have always loved this brand bottle from day dot and hasn’t changed since. If you’re a young first time mum and you’re not sure which bottles to go for, I 100% recommend these

However I found this did not suit my baby as my baby would breath in more air, wasn’t able to latch properly (does not mimic a nipple as advertised). It’s easy to clean and travel with good size bottles but I would not buy again as there’s better bottles out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] I have used these bottles for each of my 5 children, spanning the last 9 years. They are great quality. Wash well, and never leak. I’ve found the flow rating to be perfect for the appropriate ages, and have had no discolouration or cloudiness of the plastic. Highly recommend and have used from newborn.

I am adoing a combination of breastfeeding and milk formula because i do not have enough milk supply. I searched thru internet in hoping to find the milk bottle that is best to prevent colic, since then i switched to this brand. I am grateful to whoever invented the "anti colic valve". I love the varities of color that are so eye catching to my toddler and makes me wants to buy more. Sometimes you can find a sale, a box of 6 bottles for only $25. I am replacing my baby's milk bottle every months for hygienic and safety purposes. I am replacing my baby's milk bottle every months for hygienic and safety purposes. Because when you keep on using plastic bottles over time they developed weird smell and becomes cloudy. What i do not like about this product is it is leaking even thoufh you closed the cap properly. There was a time that my bag was soaked because i put this bottle with water when we go out. If they can improve the lid/lock of this milk bottle it will be much better.

I chose to go with tommee tippee closer to nature for the reason I had full intent of breast feeding but also pumping so my partner could share the bonding time with our daughter. She took to these bottles without a fuss at 2 days old, it was such a relief. I also appreciated how readily available these bottles were across different stores. The different teat sizes made for easy transition. Even once changing from breast milk to formula having already used the bottle for a few weeks she didn’t kick up a stink with the swap of milk source. Best bottle for bub!

After trying out two other bottles and hating them, my baby loved these bottles!! Very happy with these. I think it’s because they are so round and large that they do actually represent the real thing so was much easier for him. We only nursed for a few days before I started pumping but it’s amazing how much better my baby responded to these bottles and teats vs the other brands we tried.

Great overall

I love nearly everything about this bottle but we still struggled unfortunately. I love love love the new colours, it’s so nice having something different to blue or pink! Especially when we didn’t know the gender before birth. The hold/shape of the bottle is great, it warms well, washes well (and easily!) the only possible downside we had was that (I felt) the teat size was too big. My little boy was only 6lb so I felt he struggled to get the bottle in his mouth, the few times he managed I felt the flow was great but getting him to ‘latch’ was difficult. I feel the older he gets the better it will suit him, which is ideal as we’re comi feeding. After switching from breastfeeding to formula we starting using these bottles and they are the only ones bub liked. We have 3 different sized bottles which is great for as bub grows. They are easy to clean and take apart/put together. They are great value for money. The water level mark has stayed on the bottle perfectly despite being consistently washed which is amazing

My baby girl loves her Tommee Tippee bottles!

The Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature bottles have been a fantastic choice for my baby girl, now 7 months, who was unable to directly breastfeed due to latching issues. She could feed from these bottles effectively on the first try. Using these bottles my baby was able to latch her mouth around the rounded teat. This ensured that milk would not leak out of the side of her mouth, which occurred with narrower bottles we tried.Initially the bottles come with a slow flow teat, which my daughter used until around 5 months of age. We then moved up to the medium and then fast flow teat at 7 months, which she is going very well with. However, this issue can be solved by ensuring that the anti-colic valve is opened after cleaning. Secondly, the very wide opening on the bottles means that they are not readily compatible with my Spectra pump. For this I need to use Avent bottles and transfer the milk into the Tommee Tippee.Overall, I have been very happy with the Closer to Nature bottle, and would definitely recommend for your bub.
