Tommee Tippee Closer To Nature Microwave Sterilizer

I got this for one of my shower gifts. I like it it serves it’s purpose, I just find myself not using it often however. I instead usually do a load of bottles in my dishwasher with no soap and set to sterilize. Bottles just seem to pile up throughout the busy day, sterilizing just a few bottles at a time in this is not as convenient as doing a quick little bottles in your dishwasher. Love Tommy Tippy bottles products, but would not recommend unless maybe you didn’t have a dishwasher or one that didn’t do a good job sterilizing with hot water.

Fit my tommee tippee bottles perfectly. Great solution for people who don't want to boil everything. Nice and quick, and you can do several at a time. Lasted 2 years with my first, and I reused it for my second for another 2 years. Fit tommee tippee sippy cups as well.

This product worked great while I needed it. I never had any issues with it. It endured MANY, MANY, MANY runs in the microwave and never once damaged the product. I was even able to pass it on to my friend when she had her baby. Just make sure to let it cool before you grab it or try to open the lid. The only thing I didn't like (and it's mostly a personal issue) is when moisture collects in the cup from cooling inside. So I would always get it while still hit to let it air dry without moisture build up or spots. But you can wipe that out with a clean napkin if you like I just didn't care to take the extra step or waste paper towels. Again though that's an internal issue I have. This is a good sterilizer to have if you need to sterilize quickly . It's easy to use, clean and follow the directions. It can hold 4 bottles that are taken apart and can be used to sterilize other items like pacifiers etc in less than 5 minutes. Be careful and let it cool down before opening because it is hot. It doesn't take up much space and is easy to travel with.

Bad I got burned!!

Never have I felt like I needed to report a product. My mircrowave is high up (over the range) I tilted this product a tad bit forward to get it out and water came out and burned my chest!I closed it correctly. it clicks and everything but the product has two slits in the front and back that dont seal shut and water does get out if tilted.My baby could've gotten burned if anywhere near me! Luckily I never have him around when I deal with hot water. How is this not recalled? And why does it have those slits? Is it to drain the water out? Bad design. I posted a pic of me pointing to the area that water comes out and a pic of me tilting the product showing the water. I cant believe it...

I use it everyday !

I use this everyday. I can fit three tommee tippee bottles, 2 pumping flanges, four nipples, and the rest of the pumping pieces in it. It’s quick and easy. Just be careful and wait the five minutes it says to wait after it’s been in the microwave because I opened it up and burnt my finger when the steam came out. If you follow the directions and wait for it to cool down you are absolutely fine. I definitely recommend if you want a sterilizer that doesn’t take up a huge amount of space like the plug in ones.

Pretty cool

I got this a couple weeks ago and have used it twice now. I know you're supposed to sterilized bottles everyday but honestly, who has time for that? I sterilize weekly and having this has made it 10xs easier. No boiling water to worry about and it goes straight in the microwave.I will say that I used a different brand bottles and 2as a bit disappointed that the nipples don't fit properly but understand since they're a different brand.What would make this better is if it washed the bottles for you! Hah.

Not only does this include a pacifier, it also includes little tongs to help take bottles and such out of the container which is awesome! With this being 100% natural and killing 99.9% of bacteria is amazing! I can not get over how awesome and much needed this is for when you have little ones! If bottles are kept in the container the can be sterilized for 24 hours! The container by itself holds four bottles! I also love the fact in the manual it has a chart to show you the different times for different watt microwaves! Very handy. Works perfectly!

This baby bottle microwave sterilizer has made my life so much easier. Having a small child I always want to make sure that all their items are sterilized and clean of any household bacteria. With this sterilizer all you need to do is pour cold water in the base, put four bottles taken apart in it, put the lid on it, and place in the microwave for four minutes. It really can’t get any easier than that and it gives me peace of mind that the bottles are sterilized and clean for the next use when I need them. This saves me a ton of time and it makes cleaning bottles so simple. If you have a baby I highly recommend getting this, it’s such a good quality item that you for sure need if you are using bottles.
