Tommee Tippee Electric Sterilizer

Great Sterilizer. I used this everyday for almost 3 years and never had any issues with it. It is super easy to use and keep clean (dry out the leftover water in the bottom to prevent Limescale build up). I have recommended this sterilizer to all of my pregnant friends and even purchased a few as baby shower presents.

This steriliser fits multiple bottles in as well as teats and lids. It also fits a breast pump with multiple bottles in too. Works well and is done fairly quickly.

I don’t use bottles often at all so wanted a small steriliser to keep in the cupboard and use occasionally. This is perfect for that, nice and compact, fit in my microwave and was very easy to clean. Different brands of bottles fit nicely in it. Great value for money

I received this as a gift and I don’t like the way the steriliser works. It retails at £23. I found this very time consuming. As soon as the bottles were sterilised I wanted to use the bottles straight away but used oven gloves to open it as it can burn your hands. I wouldn’t recommend this unless it is within your budget. I would recommend buying an electrical one especially if you’re a first time mummy.

Whilst I can’t comment on the steamer’s ability to sterilise equipment (I trust it does mind!), I can say that this steamer is able to accommodate 3 bottles and their accoutrements comfortably. The kitchen doesn’t become overly steamed during the process, and it typically takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete a cycle. It does require regular de-scaling, though this is to be expected.

Have always used tommee tippee brand and this was no exception. I've only ever used this steriliser for both my children and its quick and easy to do just what I like.

This is a perfect baby shower gift. We received one and it's easy to use. Just fill up your washed bottles and nipples add a little water, and put the cover on and put it in the microwave. We have only used it a few times when my son use to take bottle the first month he was born. Now he's so spoiled with his breast milk straight from the source. Lol. I wish he still took bottle, but its hard getting him to latch and now we don't really use the sterilizer. The great thing is that it's affordable and can find one at target and babiesrus.

This wasn't my favorite product from this brand but it did the job. It sterilises the bottles well and the instructions are easy to follow. I just personally found it time consuming especially of I had forgotten to sterilise the bottles and I had a baby to feed. it does get rather hot and would suggest to take caution when handling as it can burn you. I have decided to purchase the electrical one with baby no 2 to save time on sterilising.

I was one of those mothers that said I would sterilize my baby's bottle the way did my old children's bottle 16 years ago well that did t work out great I ended up getting 2nd-degree burns on my leg. Since we are a Tommee Tippee household me aunt bought us the Tommee Tippee Micro Steam Sterilizer and I love it it makes the hold process easy and safe.

I like this steriliser but I wouldn't say it's long lasting. I had a previous version for my eldest child which I stored for my 2nd child and gave away when I was done. Bought this for my 3rd child and before I'd finished using it the ceramic plate started to chip. I put it in to storage to use for my 4th child but the chipping is getting worse and worse and will now need to be thrown away. It definitely isn't made to last like older models and I'm sure my old one held 6, not 5 but I love that it does the job and the light indication shows when it's on (helpful for when I've forgotten to turn it on at the switch). Only other downside is that it leaks, I always find a puddle on the counter where the water has trickled down from the lid and escaped to the outside.
