Tommee Tippee Groegg Room Thermometer

OMG buy this! This is a must have item. You will forever use this. When baby needs TLC at night changing a nappy or just a cuddle this is the perfect glow without a bright light on. Perfect invention. Need these in every room of the house!

I have one of these for each kid because my eldest loves that it changes colour and wouldn’t let me shift it to the nursery. The glow is just right for a night light, not too bright, although on blue (too cold) it is quite a different and brighter light than the other colours so it’s an extra reason to keep the kids warm!It doesn’t come with a USB charger, so I’ve just got an old phone charger that it is plugged into.So far as I can tell, they’re accurate enough, and my first one of these is nearly four years old and still going so they seem to last.

as someone who is always cold, who lives eith someone whos always hot, when it cane to having a baby sleep in tge room this was 1000% essential to ensure sge didn't overheat or freeze.I'd be lost without this.

A decent blackout blind

Took this on holiday to a caravan for the first time and it did help darken the room a lot. The suckers arent the best and if not using it full size it does sit awkwardly against the window letting in more light than needed.

Love the light!

I bought the bayonet night light as part of a few things to get my 5 week old sleeping at night and more awake during the day. It works perfectly- I leave it on all night to create a consistently dark room while I’m still able to lift him out as feed him and find his dummy and soothe him all while dark. He’s def sleeping more at night and I’m getting back to sleep quicker. This is my second child and it’s so good I wished I’d had it first time.I wasn’t clear how it worked so hope this helps: pug into your light fitting then fit your bulb into it. Switch the light on once and it’s the night light, switch it on off and on again And it’s the main light. Awesome!

Night light and thermometer - does the job

A good night light and thermometer - you can even dim the light or turn it off, which is helpful as Tommie Tippee decided to make the brightest setting BRIGHTER THAN THE SUN. Sadly I didn’t realise on the first night that it could be changed…I had gotten up in the middle of the night, only to see a bright red/orange glow emanating from my child’s bedroom. At first I thought of diving for my phone as it looked like the room was on fire, but no smoke, so it couldn’t have been… Perhaps Vecna had opened a rift to the Upside Down in my child’s bedroom? Maybe my son had finally found the entrance to Mount Doom on his quest to destroy The One Teething Ring? Or maybe the room was now home to a grandstand filled with luminous Max Verstappen fans. I couldn’t be sure. I couldn’t be sure. I was, however, regretting the name we chose for our son, as in hindsight, the name “Icarus” would have been much more apt.As the rest of the house was dark, I was unable to locate my sunglasses, so I just had to go for it. Imagine my relief when I peered through the door and saw it was just the Gro Egg! I no longer have retinas, but I can live safely in the knowledge that there’s no fire, no gateway to another dimension, no lava, and no fluorescent F1-loving Dutchmen in my sons bedroom.I now make sure it’s on the dimmed setting.

Stops super early wakings

Great black out blind. Adjustable sizing to fit most windows, easy to put up within minutes and blocks the light to stop super early wakings. Great for taking on holiday to help little ones sleep.

Temperature at a glance, couldn't be simpler.

These were a good price compared to other sellers I've seen on the internet. They appear to be more accurate than the thermostat on the central heating system, which is handy as my husband is disabled and needs a fairly stable temperature to remain comfortable, and he can use the heating remote control to keep things at the right level.

WRONG SIZING

On receiving these I found that they were only the Regular size of 130 x 99 cm - and NOT the Large size of 130 x 198 cm as per the item’s description. Aldi I am very unimpressed with your mistake on this and shall be returning asap - especially as Amazon sell the regular for £14.

Wrong size in description

I ordered this because it said it fits any window up to 130x198cm, but this is incorrect. It is only 130x99cm wide. They have specified this in the dimensions but I didn't see this bit I only saw the bit in the Features section of the description. This isn't suitable and I'll have to faff about returning it.
