As a manual breast pump I was not that impressed with this. It helped to relieve when I was really full and got some milk out when not but not as much as I expected and took a while to get going. However for the price it’s pretty good.However as a let down catcher when I was feeding from the other side it was fantastic. Once I was used to it it wasn’t too awkward to attach while feeding my little one on the other side and it was fantastic for catching my letdown while using my electric pump on the other side.At its price point it’s a great buy for something that can comfortably catch letdown and pump a little when needed but I wouldn’t solely buy it as a pumpPhotos are of my letdown it caught

I bought this initially at Baby Bunting on sale. At the beginning, it did take me a while to figure out how to keep it latched on.Pros: Has measurements, wide brim, good for manual expressing, easy to clean, good price point.Cons: Bulky and a bit too long (so when feeding one bub, bub easily kicks/move it), have to keep one hand free to catch it when it falls and the bottom colouring peeled off after frequent use.

We tried this pump after an electric one wasnt working and had others suggest a manual one can work better, but my wife struggled to get anything from this. More so, she would often complain of getting sore, tired hands quite quickly and would have to stop shortly after. This was a waste of money for us.

This product is just that- ok. Using only suction it is never going to get as much milk as other pumps, but I find collection to be a bit hit or miss, but that could just be me. It is also advertised as good for collecting let down while feeding on the otherside- technically true, but the size and shape makes this tricky. That said, it's cheap and easy to use, and I have managed to start a milk stash, so if you're only going to bottle feed occasionally, it's worth a go.
I bought the Tommee Tippee silicone manual breast pump because I had a lot of dripping when feeding. This was the best discovery I found and wish I knew about it for my first born. It allows you to be hands free if you can position it right while you sit and feed on one side and collect on the other. Love the suction cup bottom which is good for not spilling your milk when place it down. I was very surprised how easy it was to use and that the suction was good enough to drain the breast well in those first few weeks while your breast adapts to the supply and demand from bub.
My midwife recommended this to me when I was starting to breastfeed as I had oversupply. I used it to catch the milk that was dripping out while feeding. This one is very soft and gentle to use. It does however fall off constantly so you have to hold in on there. Which is great for starting to collect milk but not so great when you’re also feeding a baby. It gets too fiddley with so much going on. I no longer use this but would recommend to any new nursing mother!
The manual pump and milk collector has been a great alternative to what I was routinely doing before I had this product which involved me having to use a cup to collect the let down milk coming out whilst I was breast feeding or pumping milk. This has allowed me to be more hands free to hold bub and ensure I get a smoother experience. Very convenient.
I found this useful to bring with me when going out if I needed to express a small amount. Obviously not as effective as an electric pump at extraction but if you need something portable or just want to relieve a small amount of milk quickly its very handy. Or even for soaking with epsom salts if you require.

I prefer this over other silicone breast pumps I was given. The measurements are accurate, suction is great and easy to adjust if you want less suction (to not promote excess milk and catch the let down) and works as great as any manual pump I have tried if you squeeze it gently while applied (but no you don't have to). Can not fault.Microwave steriliser and breast pump bag was a great addition to try before I bought too!
