I really like these shoes, they fit well and the soles are extremely comfortable now that they're formed to my feet. I rated four stars because they were really painful at first. Obviously they were being broken in but these were oddly the most painful shoe I've ever had to break in. The fold of the fabric around the elastic V made really painful indents at the top of my feet and the sides caused blisters. After a week or so this went away and they fit perfectly but I would keep that in mind for when you order them. They also ran a little big for me so I had to reorder half a size down. After that they were perfect. I really do recomend these shoes, they look good with every outfit and they're nice to just slide into and go!

I bought these shoes less than 2 months ago and really liked them initially. I never wore them in rainy weather, or any other extreme conditions, and the shoes have started to break at the heel. Very disappointing.Have tried to contact John Lewis via the website, but whether I tried to submit the form it crashed.Also very disappointing.I expected more from both TOMS and John Lewis.

After buying them for my granddaughter over the years, I received my first pair of TOMS in a StitchFix order. WOW No break-in period required! No wonder she liked hers so much. Who would've thought that sole could be so comfortable? That first pair was a sassy red, and I added black-on-black & navy to my collection to wear on a trip to Cuba. They did not disappoint!

This is not my first pair of Toms shoes and it will not be the last. I absolutely love them. They are comfortable and stylish and I wear them all year round. They fit true to size always so I don’t have to worry to try them on. I can order them even on line . This one that I bought is a beautiful color of navy that I can wear with all my jeans. Highly recommend!
These are very cute shoes. Light weight and look good. The problem is the fit. The sides & back are so high that they cut into my ankle bone and blister my heels. I returned one pair unworn after I wore the other pair around the house for a couple of hours. I had to keep those because I had worn them, they still cut my feet so I will probably donate them. If they fit I would give five stars. They were the correct size, length and shoe width were fine. Up a 1/2 size would have been too big.
Love the colors! This model fits just a bit loose with enough space for socks. I love that. My other pair that I bought 15 years ago in the same size fits snug, but not this one. I like having one that I wear socks with.
First of all the thing I love about Toms is their philosophy but a pair they will donate a pair🙌 I’ve been wanting a neutral color to go with everything and was so happy to get these on clearance. You really have to try on each pair of Toms because they all size differently. I have these in an 8and a similar pair in 8 1/2. They’re a great shopping out to lunch shoe but I do not recommend for long walks because they offer little support. Great with jeans and leggings and long skirts too!
Bought this pair for my sister and she loves it. She hasn’t really wore it outside (just around the house) but she’s thinks it’s a good, comfortable pair. The only thing we notice is that the arch support is a little weak. Other than that, design, color, and style are on point!
After having worn my last pair of black Toms for years, I decided to buy another pair. Just as comfortable as the one before. ALthough some people find that there is not adequate arch support, they are perfect for me. I walk for miles in them and they are a go-to for travel. Light for packing and go with everything from dresses to shorts.
The Black Alpargata were my favorite kick around shoe. They are light weight for trips and easy to walk in, but what happened to the arch support? The fit is perfect so adding an arch support is going to make them feel uncomfortable and walking around is now uncomfortable. Disappointed I won't be able to get more of these.
