Purchased this to replace qa memory foam type of mattress topper and I am pleased with the difference. They are quite different; the tontine is far cooler but not quite as padded. Both result in low and high points which are annoying to sleep with, but the tontine can easily be turned or just shook down which lasts for maybe a month before redoing this. Good if you suffer sore points such as hips or shoulders.

I purchased this high loft mattress topper a few weeks ago with high hopes (pardon the pun) but was disappointed to find that the under surface is low quality synthetic fabric which slips all over the bed. I now have to find a solution to this problem or forever be adjusting the topper on the mattress. Also it is flattening out where I sleep quite quickly.
Initially very high and lofty. Found that right where your behind is located (I'm short!) It tends to dig into a ridge between the squares of tuft. Then within a couple of weeks, we've found that even though i shake it thoroughly once a week, it has completely flattened where we lay, with a high mountain between us. Must be really poor filling even though its such high gsm. What a waste of $100+
Love this topper! I have a good quality latex mattress and an electric bed, but I just couldn't get comfortable and have a full night's sleep due to historical back issues. This topper has been perfect! I've had full nights sleep on most nights since using the topper. The only negative is it feels quite warm which will be fantastic in Winter but has been a tad warm on the warm Summer nights we've had recently. Apart from that, well worth the money. Nice and plush and comfy
Absolutely horrible. I bought the wrong size for my daughters bed i went to return it and they dont return bedding so i tried it on my bed and it was the worse mattress topper i have ever used. Do not buy this topper
Has anyone washed their Mattress Topper. What exactly are the Care Instructions?It started off really well. Definitely comfy and soft but just a month later my husbands side is imprinted with his body shape.Hopefully I can wash in machine and shake it up!
OMG! This mattress topper is amazing! SO comfortable. Not only comfort but I'm not kept awake most of the night with aching hips, this superb product cushions and supports me well. Thank you tontine....i love it!
1500 gsm I expected it to be hot which it is even on the really cold nights I feel the warmth of it. It does seem to flatten where I sleep and it doesnt really puff back up well. Does not feel like a cloud to me at all but does the job so by mattress does not feel hard like it did. Skirting is really good. Ardor brand feels like a cloud for sure but I did not want to spend that amount of money for an extra 500 gsm. I was also aware the heat issue with the toppers.
