I love the tollpro range of equipment, and snapped this one up when it was on sale. I've used it multiple times already and love it's simplicity. However there is a major flaw with the unit that is disturbing. It has a constant power draw even when turned off. Which means if you leave a battery plugged in it will drain it past the safety point of lithium cells. I managed to recover my battery it drained down to 3 volts but it's most likely damaged my battery forever.

I have only used the polished so far but so easy to use. No vibration unlike other machines that I have used and love that it has the dual capability.
I gave this a go today after washing the car to quickly fix some scratches on the rear bumper. The foam cutting pad and some compound made quick work of fixing them. Very light, easy to use and quiet too. Literally couldn't fault the product for this size job.
I bought this product in April this with the specific purpose to polish the caravan and our cars. The tool initially worked well and did the job required but then the equipment failed.On the third trip back, at my expense, I sought a refund on the product. Do not buy any Pro Tool Battery powered equipment as the batteries are faulty and products will not last.
I bought one and immediately returned it as t just didn't work. To SCA's credit, they simply replaced it with another (which I believe is the ToolPRO policy). The second one I got seems to work just fine for a budget tool and did the job I needed.
I bought the sander last week with the 1ah and 2ah battery, and charger. Used it for 2 or 3 hours at 4 to max speed. I stop because i need to charge the batteries. It works perfectly, i finished sanding my bonnet. But on the next day, as i tried to work on the fender, the sander is not working properly any more, it just spin for a couple of sec then died down. I tried swapping battery, same are fully charged. But still the same. Hoping for refund or something.
NOT a rotary sander. It is an ORBITAL sander. On the box it says ORBITAL sander, their website is incorrect. I purchased it then had to return it.
Great little polisher, easy to use comfortably to hold.. would benefit from a bigger battery. However pretty pleased with overall performance..
