Im a panel beater spray painter and I've used any cheaper buffs but this unit is good. Very light weight, very quiet motor plus it has a locking switch so you don't have to hold it on. I've used the Makita polisher for years but this unit is the best cheap machine I've ever used. 3 year warranty can't go wrong.

I’m sure it’s an amazing product, I just haven’t seen what it can do. My husband purchased it coz he drove my car into a fence and said he’ll be able to polish it out. Still have the car polisher and a car with fence paint on it.

Purchase this buff/polisher just as a back up and so far on my third one. There got no torque so when you apply a bit of pressure it dies, the first machine the variable control failed and the second just stopped all together. Let’s see how the third one goes.
I’m very happy with this polisher, it was the type I was looking for and so far it’s working well!! The ease of purchasing it was great!! Thanks Supercheap !!
I used this to polish a new modified mould. The tool was easy to use and did a great job. If there was a drawback, it is that the tool is weighty. Very good value for money. Don't need to spend many hundreds on a tool that is no better.
I am a Panel Beater. I was caught out buffing the repaired and repainted side of a Pajero Sport. 15 minutes into the job and my trusty, reliable but heavy Rupes Buff stopped working. I quickly went to my local Supercheap store and purchased this new Buff. I am amazed at the job it did and I'm very particular! Loved using this Buff heaps more that my heavy Rupes Buff! The two Buffs do the same job but a lot lighter to use. I had the Rupes repaired but it stays on the shelf! I look forward to using this Toolpro Buff and that's saying something!!!
ToolPro 180mm car polisher works really well! Includes polish velcro stick on pad.Recommend Buying a Velcro stick on buff pad separately & fine cutting compound to restore dull/faded headlights as I did.
I researched and read that non-orbital polishers are best for (4x4) scratch removal, and I verify this is true. I use with orange medium sponge fitting and turtle scratch remover and it works perfect! good dial speed control, I just use slowest speed for longer period. Quality seems good for the price. It's not metabo quality but ok for home user.
I have been wanting one of these things for years! I finally bit the bullet as my father who is a panelbeater/spray painter wasn't going to give me his anytime soon! It comes with replacement brushes should you need them later, nice touch. The D handle although comfortable, is not the best to attach the screws included. I ended up leaving a washer out of the install, because i couldn't get enough thread to the main unit, it kept popping off. With the washer gone, i could nip it down as it should be. Perhaps make the screws just 2 threads longer guys.Other than that, the polisher on lowest setting is more than enough to 'wax on / wax off' until your hearts content. Don't stay in one spot too long or you may burn your paint and have a costly fix. just keep moving ... MoreI have been wanting one of these things for years!
