I was doing an oil and oil filter change at home half way between dealer services as I usually do. The oil filter was impossibly tight from the last dealer service. I tried everything including piercing the filter with a screwdriver to help twist the thing off.Last ditch was to head to Supercheap and buy this filter strap wrench. It worked!! Geez the filter was tight but the strap wrench essentially got a tighter grip on the filter the more effort I applied. I’m glad to have it in my tool kit just in case down the track...
