Totalcare 1 Contact Lens Solution is a sterile, buffered isotonic solution that helps relieve the dryness, irritation and discomfort that may be associated with contact lens wear. Totalcare 1 is a one-step comfort formula that allows you to clean, rinse, disinfect, rewet, and store all hard and rigid gas permeable contact lenses. The solution contains dual lubricants for comfortable contact lens wear. HPMC (Hypromellose) enhances viscosity and forms a moisture lock protection layer on the lens. This keeps the moisture in, maintain the tear film integrity. Tyloxapol can rewet and lubricate the lens. A sterile buffered isotonic solution containing purified water, tromethamine, sodium chloride, HPMC (Hypromellose), edetate disodium, tyloxapol and PHMB (Polyhexamethylene biguanide). Place 2-3 drops of Totalcare 1 Solution on each lens surface and rub both sides gently for 15-20 seconds. Rinse each lens thoroughly with Totalcare 1 solution to remove all traces of debris. Place the lens in the holder of the left cap and close the lens case with this cap. Fill the lens case with Totalcare 1 solution. Ensure the lens case is filled to the top. Allow lenses to soak for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Ready for use.
