Chose pink lemonade which wasn’t the best flavour but tolerable. Pre workout was good, no horrible jitters or itchy skin like I get with other pre workouts. Will buy again in a different flavour.

Tastes good until the after tastes hit you. After taste is like drinking pepper water. Does the job, good formula, bit expensive
For those on the fence on what pre to buy, this is the one. Clinically dosed in Beta Alanine and L-Citrulline, with a dose of caffeine suitable for most people in the 70-90kg range you really cant go wrong. If you're not sure on flavour go blue lemonade and mix with ice cold water.
I'm not a pre workout type of guy because I train at night, but I have started training in the middle of the day during my lunch break. So I wanted something to give me a lift, I went to Castle Hill store, originally I wanted Dymatize Pre but they had none in store. The manager offered to order it in but she recommended me this one and since I started taking it, my lawwwd I have had nothing but solid leave it all in the gym work outs even when I wasn't feeling it, i was still able to perform at 110%. def get it, I have been taking 1 scoop, my first day on it though I crashed like a ****, but after third time on it I had no crash.
Hands down the best preworkout I've tried. The last lift of my program feels like I've just waked into the gym, yeah I'm sore but still full of energy!! And I don't know if it's the program I'm on but I've cut calories and since I've started with "total war" I seem to be getting stronger still. A bit pricey compared to others but oh so worth it!!!!
Took 2 scoops in the morning 30 minutes before the gym, gives the bowels a bit of a run but all good after.Smashed my PB squat by 40kgs. couldn't bloody believe it.Felt a bit faint so I had another scoop then good to go for another hour.Trained too hard - I had a bit of a spew but good thing I have a home gym.Highly recommend. Amazing product, 10 out of 10
This tastes horrible, sure it gives you a great energy boost but the taste is unbearable. Also when you add to cold water the drink instantly goes hot...which is weird.
****** name for a supplement but.........it works so well. The energy supplied by this is almost limitless. Better than Dust Extreme, and legal to buy in Aus. Hopefully some tool doesn't have 2 or 3 scoops of this and get it banned because they tweak out and end up in hospital. If your not big on stims maybe not for you. Some have said a crash follows this one, not for me tho. Try half a scoop first if not sure of your own stim tolerance.
