I was looking to upgrade to a WIFI 6 Mesh system. I was looking at another brand which cost almost 3 time more. So since my current mesh is a Deco I decided to give DEco X68 a go. I am absolutely impressed with the TP-Link Deco X68 AX3600 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System (3 pack). So easy to setup. The speed throughout the home is amazing no matter where you are in home even on the second floor and yard both front and back. No drop outs and no buffering. Speedtest through the home were right at or above plan speed through the home. The Deco app is also very good and easy to use. The Homeshield is a good feature too. The only thing with the HomeShield to get all the features you do have to subscribe to the PRO version. Had this product for a few weeks to replace my worn out Netgear. Had a bit of issue during setup. The instruction said to connect the main unit to the modem using the ethernet cable. But regardless which of the three units I tried, they all ended up with red led. Nowhere on the internet provided a solution, so I tried to connect the unit directly to the ONT and tht worked. After that, linking up the other two units to the main unit was piece of cake. I'm with Spark Max Fiber Plus, no problem streaming 8K Youtube videos.

These were pretty simple to set up and the improvement is signal in the previous 'dead zones' of our house are cranking, even outside on the deck. Definitely worth the spend if you have a large house. Managing wifi access on the app is so good too, with loads of options for scheduling, reporting, device management and filtering, to name a few. The additional security against hijacking is nice too.

This fixed the issues I had in my house with dead spots and latency when a bunch of people were using the wifi. This sorted it
Whilst the X68 can only be configured via the phone app to a cloud service somewhere, the system performs well and has good range. There is lack of technical details of how the product works, what is being monitored and scanned and who has access to that data. The lack of a local web interface and the reliance on the phone application Deco would make me reconsider the purchase next time.

THEIR SOFTWARE AND THE ABILITY TO MANIPULATE IT HAS A LONG LONG WAY TO GO. tJE ITEM WORKS AS INTENDED. ITS VALUE FOR WHAT IT OFFERS IS SUPERB. WOULD LOVE OVER TIME THEIR SOFTWARE TO GIVE THE USER ALOT MORE CONTROL ON HOW TO SET IT UP, IE. ASSIGNING THE DIFF BANDS TO DIFFERENT PRODUCTS IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT A WORK AROUND. A WORK AROUND IS NEEDED BECAUSE THE ACTUAL FEATURE TO DO SOMETHONG IS NOT INCLUDED BY DEFAULT.
we used to have areas in the house that where the wifi was always cutting out but now it hasn't lost signal since we installed the AX3600. Fully recommend it
