Pros: price, performance, ease of use, CLI+ GUI+Console, lacp, jumbo support, 2xSFP and a higher pps rate than the equivalent Cisco all for 10% of the price. Great for home, soho, NAS and general networking. 20GB, non-blocking fanless switch.Cons: Poor English and slightly unusual phrasing of menu items, cli is Cisco-esque but it is definitely not Cisco. Unreassuringly cheap, but it does work.

Fast and reliable managed switch, SFP ports are a real bonus. GUI is a little clunky vs. TPLink's latest switches but if found at a good price, expecially if SFPs are populated, it is a bargain.

*** Should have bought the 16 port instead. Just discovered I could have used the extra ports for the tech bench and game bench instead of routing each to their own separate switches. Then again I do not need that much fine grained bandwidth and access control inside the game network. Those just need to see each other.

Pros: Great specification for the price. Good performance (as per spec).Cons: Documentation. It's trying to be a Cisco but it's not and where terminology or function differs there's no explanation of how it's expected to be set up. Would benefit greatly from more examples of sample set ups as this translates better than a statement of function. Had problems with the connection to the webconfiguration.
This switch is extremely powerful. So much value considered how little i've spent compared to other managed switches. Hasn't gone down once and throughput is amazing. It made my 1080p HD video steam possible.
