I have a computer in a cellar that's about 50 feet from the Wifi 6 Router on the first floor. The signal needs to go through a wood floor, two walls including a masonry fireplace and then through some metal wire shelves filled with plastic totes and stuff in 'em. Our house is also quirky because it was built right after WWII when there was a shortage of steel fasteners, so the WiFi signal also has to pass through a lot of aluminum, which is not good for radio signals.
