Trace Minerals Liquid Vitamin D3, 16 oz

I sware by this supplement. I love it, and highly recommend it. I use 15,000 iu daily, living in a dark, sun-less region of the Northwest. I have experienced a dramatic improvement in my overall health and well being since taking this supplement daily. I switched from tablet form to sublingual after reading that on average only 20% to 50% nutrients are absorbed by pill form, as opposed to 80% to 100% from liquid supplements. This is the best, and highest dosage in a single serving of Vitamin D, Ive found. I also discovered lack of vitamin D and ability to absorb D, can cause breast, skin, and other cancers. I also use Calcium and Magnesium to acompany the absorption process, since the 3 work together. I order in bulk! Totally love it! Highly recommended!

How to rate a vitamin?I bought this product because it is a liquid, and I have difficulty swallowing pills at times. I was surprised at how pleasant the flavor was.

Delicious and Necessary

Once I realized that my kids get a little "down" or ill during the winter, I knew that it was due to lack of sun...hence, lack of Vit D. This supplement is a real life-saver. My kids maintain a balanced level of Vit D throughout the year with this supplement. I administer in the AM as a "treat" for having drank their protein smoothie's for breakfast. My kids are stellar students and haven't had a cold for the past three years...thanks, in large part, to this fantastic Vit D supplement. I take it too.

Good but too expensive

I like the flavor and the fact it?s liquid, but it?s too expensive for me to rider again. Otherwise I recommend.

I love this Liquid Vitamin D which is an important vitamin that is necessary for strong bones. The liquid form you get immediate within your system that the pill form. The price for the liquid Vitamin D is affordable.

High quality Liquid D3

Very happy to find this high quality Liquid D3 for my autistic son as he can't swallow pills. He has no problems with the taste and is taking it daily without any stomach issues. Nearly through the first bottle so we will be ordering more soon.

Some people have complained about the taste, but it tastes fine to me. I mean, you wouldnt want to drink a glass of it like juice, I guess because its a little thick, but the capful is fine. I drink it straight, they recommend mixing it with juice.Now, I have to take Trace Minerals liquid iron. Now that is absolutely disgusting! It almost burns. So maybe my tolerance level is a little bias. I trust that it works because liquid vitamins are supposed to be better than pills because they absorb better.

It Works !

Have taken one Tbsp. Every day for one week now. Noticed my nails got harder. Always had a problem with short, thin, brittle nails ; now they are hard as bone. Will try the liquid vitamin D3 next, although I almost don't want to change because this is working SO well for me. Who knows, maybe I'll love the drops even more so. Have never had my vitamin D level checked, though. Plan to request a vitamin D level check with my next Dr's visit.

I agree with what one of the reviewers said that it is a good product but the design of the bottle causes leakage when I open it, after it is shaken up. So some of the product is on the outside of the bottle because of the design. I always wash the bottle after I'm done to get the stickiness out and then wipe it dry. Hopefully, they can improve the design. I will not buy this again, unless I know they correct it.

great taste

if you can't take Vitamin D3 in pill form, I would definitely recommend this. It's got a great cherry flavor, so it's even good for kids. I actually only take a teaspoonful every morning because I'm getting my D3 from another source as well. So, this amount will last me 3 months.
